My name is Allison, I found an add on Craigslist for a free bob haircut, now me being a mother of three boys and just having bought all of their school supplies and such, rarely ever leaves much for myself,but thats what we moms do! So Tuesday night I walk into a beautiful setting I had my nine year old with me and there were cookies, chocolate, big comfy leather couches while he waited.. my stylist Hannah greeted me with a smile as did everyone else in the establishment. I have to admit I was nervous ,she was learning to do the specific cut I wanted, but there was a very professional co-worker who was with her the entire time very patient and kind....in fact everyone was watching as I was getting my cut or should I say transformation! My son was sitting next to me and said mommy you look beautiful just like Taylor Swift ! I was brought to tears in front of everyone! They did an absolutely fantastic job! I was kind of thinking eh its free, if they mess it up, itll grow back... It the without a doubt the best haircut I have ever had...my tears were happy tears, what a wonderful thing for someone like me to have been able to be a part of♡ thank you so much to Hannah, her supervisor and the whole team! I will be back. I love you all thanks a million times ♡♡♡♡ ohh and I just read another review about the owner just trying to make a buck???? They did mine, get ready for it.......FREE as part of training for new staff ,and it was just as great if I had paid for it, if not better... ty ♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡

I first went in Sunday. I spent 4 hours and more money than Id like to admit on a color correction and balyage highlights. It came out an orangey brown color, that on its own wasnt a terrible color, but my roots were the dark brunette I wanted and the caramel highlights werent even visible. I was very upset, but we scheduled a day to fix it. I went yesterday and my stylist, another stylist, and even the owner came over and spoke with me about how the color doesnt always take after a color correction and how they were going to fix it. I spent another 3 hours there and when I left, I had the color I was shooting for. However, when I got home, I realized that the balyage doesnt really look like balyage, it looks like traditional highlights that have grown out with my roots showing, which is EXACTLY the look I was trying to avoid by getting balyage. Furthermore, in lighting outside of the salon, the highlights on top look a little brassy, and not the caramel color I wanted. Its 100% better than it was on Sunday, but still not what I wanted, and not worth the amount I spent on it in my opinion. The worst part is I dont have the extra money to go somewhere else to get it fixed the way I want it, so Im going to have to deal with it. Overall, Im glad that they took the time to try to fix the problem, but I dont think I will go there again. When I left there I was pleased with the imporvement, but now that Ive seen it in other lighting, Im not so sure.

DO NOT go here. I went in to get a dark brown with blonde balayage, keeping my brown hair at the top and getting ash blonde highlights towards the bottom almost like an ombré and instead I got an all over damaged bleach blonde look. First off I want to mention that I was told that the stylist I went to had 26 years of experience and could definitely do what I wanted. Since bleaching damages hair most nice salons use olaplex while processing the hair and my mom and I asked my stylist to use olaplex but she refused. So the outcome was my hair being completely damaged and ruined. She bleached my whole head and besides it not being what I asked for, it looked disgusting, trashy, and fried. They offered to fix my hair after paying over $200 for it but I did not trust them since my stylist was so experienced so I asked for my money back and they refused. I understand that their policy is no refunds but when a customer is so unhappy and the result isnt at all what they wanted they should at least give the money back so that I can go somewhere else to get their bad job fixed. That was my first time. I called before and ask about the price. I have short hair and I am not ready to pay more than $50 just to color the roots. I was not interested in any other services, as I usually go to the different salon. The girl on the phone was very nice and pleasant, she said that for the short hair service will cost around $50; So, I scheduled my appointment. I was disappointed by the end, when my bill increased to $86. Next day I called back to ask what I was charged for and the girl on the phone explained that I was charged $50 for the color plus $36 extra for drying my hair!!!! My short hair!!!! This is not that I dont have money. I just want salon to be honest with the prices. I dont mind paying even more, if I feel it is worth it!!! Please, be HONEST with your customers!!! P.S . I had my hair cut by the owner...what a nightmare. I waited forever, the top layer was cut way to short compared to rest of my hair and I ended up going to another salon to fix the problem. On another visit, I had my eyelashes tinted...another nightmare! So much tint got in my eyes that they burned horribly and I could hardly open them. I had never had my lashes tinted before...when I asked the receptionist if this was normal she said "i guess". I have since had my lashes tinted elsewhere and can assure you that was not normal as I had no pain/burning whatsoever. Over priced, over booked and over confident. Never going back.

I have had very bad experiences while living in Florida, with various salons and hairdressers. I went to La Mirage and had a wonderful and very knowledgeable hairdresser by the name of Nichole D. She was very attentive, very personable, and most of all well experienced. She did a blonde on blonde coloring, and she gave me the best hair cut I have ever had since living in Florida. She was truly a delight to deal with and to speak to she now will be my hairdresser. I want to thank her for all that she did for me. I would recommend this salon very highly and also Nichole D.

This was my first time going here. My fiance took me here for a Valentines Day treat, and what a treat it was! Excellent customer service. The staff is incredibly friendly! I was nervous to get my massage because the last time I had a massage (this was some where else),the woman hurt me pretty badly. I have back problems. I told April my masseuse that I was a bit anxious about it and she was so sweet!. She reassured me that she would be gentle and she was very gentle. Our mani pedis were lovely as well. Courtney and Martha were amazing! I will be back soon!
