Horrible company. Do not do business with them. I paid $4400 to fix my electric. They did a horrible job. Crooked light switches, dirt piles left everywhere. The electrician finished leaving open exposed wires for my young children to get into. I paid the electrician to fix my light switch after he "fixed" it I noticed it wasnt fixed at all. He added a second switch next to the first. When I asked why he said it was to hard to fix the original switch. I told him it looked stupid so he finally fixed it the correct way leavings hole in my wall that needs to be replaced. I had asked him to add an outlet in my laundry room and he gave me the $4400 price which he said included the outlet. When he finished I asked about the switch. He then said that he forgot to charge me for that so if I want it done it will be another $400. I never did get the switch I had already paid for. He also was trying to install a switch on my wall in my bedroom and accidentally put a hole in my wall trying to run the cords from the attic. The company has given me a extremely hard time on repairing the damages they called. They were willing to fix the drywall only but not to paint it so that it looked like it did before. They only agreed to fix the drywall if I promised to remove the bad review I left on Facebook. I now have had to file a claim against their insurance and they are refusing to return the adjusters calls. When the electrician finished the work he told me there was a warrantee and gave me a blank iPad to sign. He said I was signing that he explained the warrantee. After he left I got a emailed receipt where it is clear that they added verbiage about me being satisfied with the work on top of my signature after I had signed. This company is completely unethical. Dont make the same mistake I made and think their name means anything. They might be on time but that doesnt mean the job will be done right!

Directly after hurricane Matthew Someone from Mister Sparky came to give me a quote, pushed me to apply for a synchrony bank credit line. I asked specifically, if this was a hard inquiry and the man falsely stated no. I hesitantly applied after being reassured. Guess what, your company damaged my credit and lowered my credit score because your technician lied and fraudulently disguised a hard inquiry as a soft inquiry. Also your quote was for over $9400... I had the same job done on my home for $3069 The man was rude, and had the nerve to answer the phone in front of a customer. No customer service skills, no professionalism, so needless to say there was no business there. This is in NO way acceptable. Professionalism begins with each individuals first impression. I would have gladly paid $10,000 if the man seemed to enjoy his job.

I have got to send my appreciation to Danny Maag who is just one of the best electricians from Mister Sparky that Ive ever had to my home... On 1/24/2017 Danny came to my home by appointment to install a new panel box replacing an electrical hazard box that was in my home. Danny took time to answer all of my questions, the job he did was to perfection... THANK YOU DANNY, its great to feel safe in my home again... Also, hats off to the girls in the office also who have provided me with the best customer service always... Esspecially Deena Court who is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING and is anxious to assist no matter what the need... Ill continue coming back to this company for a long long time...

Dina at the front office was able to schedule an evening appointment for me ASAP because I had lost power for a day in the hot summer (complete circuit breaker failure) after a massive thunderstorm hit my area. James was the employee that came over and recommended a complete replacement of the breaker due to the thunderstorm hitting the power supply badly. James and Chas showed up the next morning and worked an entire day to install a new circuit breaker box in my home. When I came back from work, everything was running perfectly. All the electrical sockets were inspected to make sure they were working and my home was clean without any debris. I highly recommend these guys!

Ive had contractors estimate costs, and then charge much more. NOT MR. SPARKY. The repairman arrived when scheduled, gave me an estimate, and proceeded to tackle the job. It was a little more complicated than expected. He had the parts required in his truck, completed the job, cleaned up after himself, and rechecked everything. He was polite, and had a great sense of humor. The bill was exactly as he estimated. Stick with Mr. Sparky. They have a great reputation, skilled employees, reasonable rates, and quick service.

This is a big shout out to Mr. Sparky team headed by Ray and Michael. They were professional, personable, and efficient. They rewired the entire kitchen at a fair price, and worked without breaks to ensure the job was done in the time agreed upon. Once the job was done the wiring was clean, organized, and we had additional overhead lighting that improved the visibility in the kitchen. Thank you Mr. Sparky

What a Horrible service guy. The guy charged my 84 year old mother $3.300 to repair a washing machine socket. She put me on the phone, the guy was rude and price went to 1,350 then last $325 to make the repair. Guy is a Rip Off! I call Lloyd electrical and he made the repair in less then 2 hours and charged $425. The company personnel was professional and said that they will address the problem with the guy.

Talked into more things than I needed done, like all new breakers in my electrical box. Two other electricians checked the breakers that he left laying on the floor and said there was nothing wrong with them. I knew nothing about breakers so when he said they were so old they could cause a fire I allowed him to change them. I feel he took advantage of me. He did do two fine jobs on installing lights.

We have an older home that was not wired correctly. Chas from Mr. Sparky was amazing! He took the time to install what we needed properly, and did not give up even when the repairs became difficult. He is seriously one of the most patient electricians Ive met! They did not overcharge us or try to push unnecessary repairs on us. We will be using Mr. Sparky for any of our future electrical needs.
