I will give one star for the sheer fact that most of our electrical work is still working 6 months after repair. After we bought our house in May we had efficient electric come out to put in a ground, remove old knob and tube, and update the electric panel. Within the first few days of them working, I should have noticed the red flags (such as workers not showing up when they were suppose to be here but then coming when they werent suppose to be here, having to have them repair lights they already "fixed). Unfortunately didnt and spent almost 4K having repairs done to my home. Months later, in still finding the mistakes made by efficient electric. One light they "fixed" still doesnt work, my breaker box is mislabeled and a disorganized mess, and every corner was cut. After having another company come out for an estimate and repair, I now realize how lucky we were. Efficient electric wired 4 breakers incorrctly, leaving those 15 amp breakers to accept more than 30 AMPS and never tripping. Luckily, we found the problem before he had an electorical fire or other accident. I advise you to look around a find a company that will not cut corners and put you and your families safety at risk just to save a few dollars.

What a great organization, call them with 100℅ trust in any electrical concerns. The companies mean focus is to serve every customer as their own. For the right equipment or repair and even add-ons of services like exterior lighting, a new light fixtures and even hooking up your new interior or exterior sauna nothing stops their inability to get the job done. With Columbus Ohio whether, installing the right sized back-up state of the art generate is a must.

We dealt with another electric company for a while, but that company frequently didnt answer calls during business hours, so we love that phone calls are accepted at Efficient Electric, even past regular business hours. They are prompt to set up appointments and we are very satisfied with their customer service and their work. After receiving the invoice, we are happy to say that this company is very cost effective too!

They quoted a job for me and I thought it was high so i called another company. The second companies quote was half as much as efficient so I had them do the work. Then Efficient electric wanted to bill me for a service call and labor when I told them I gae the work to some one else. The collectors are still calling. They want $110.00 ofr 15 mins of quoting. Id pass if I were you.
