They gave me a 2 hour window of when they would arrive and were an hour and a half late with no phone call. It caused me to miss a half day of work. When they did finally show up they were apologetic, pleasant and professional, hence the two stars. They did quote before they started, and I had agreed to $400 worth of work. The thing that was frustrating is that the work wound up only taking one of them about an hour, and was pretty simple work outside, oh, and a 30 minute trip to a store for a small part. Thats just shy of $400 per hour of actual work, $266/hr if you count the drive to the store. In hind sight, I should declined their price and gotten a second opinion. I wont be using them again.

I manage a condominium complex in St. Petersburg, FL and Theta Electric has performed all of our electrical service for several years. Just recently they installed new lighting on our tennis courts and met or exceeded all our expectations. They coordinated the job with our specific time requirements, arrived when scheduled, and finished within the timeframe they quoted. They went over an above, 30 feet in a lift, and even spray painted part of the old mounting fixture when they were installing the new LED lights. A job well done, and more importantly done well, you have to love that!!

Great electricians, honest and very professional. They came over at the time they were supposed to and were very efficient and fast. Highly recommend.
