We needed emergency electrical service on a Saturday and we called several companies and got no help. Thankfully, Switch Electric was a different experience and sent their technician James out within the hour. James worked diligently at diagnosing the problem and showed great respect for our home. Once he knew what was causing the problem he explained it to us and took the time to answer our questions. He resolved our electrical issues promptly and restored power in our home. Also, James really went the extra mile to provide great customer service such as replacing the switch plate on an electrical outlet that had previously been missing one without being asked to do so. The rate was fair for a weekend call and the service was excellent. I would use this company again and highly recommend them.

I had an electrical fire in my mobile home (luckily I was able to get the fire out before the whole place went up) a little over 2 years ago and they came out and fixed me up real fast and for a reasonable amount of money. Yesterday I was attempting to drill a hole into a stud, missed the stud and hit an electrical wire instead (Stanley stud finder.. dont use them. It both told me there was a stud there and didnt alert me to the electrical wire which it was supposed to do). Well, it was after hours and the guy told me how much it would cost to have them come out and fix it after hours. He then told me how to fix it so that I wouldnt have to spend that much money. I would recommend these guys to anyone! Great service and they care. Cant beat that.

We needed urgent service that took all night to fix. Very prompt to arrive. Entire panel had blown and needed complete replacement! Technician was very kind and caring. He was exhausted, but did the best he could for such a large job in the middle of the night. A few hours later, owner arrived to ensure work was done perfectly. He noticed a few things that needed to be redone and had a different technician come out immediately. KEITH! His name is Keith and he is hands down the best electrician in the area. Such a people person, but worked quickly and thoroughly triple checking the tiniest of details. Ask for Keith if you want to know youll be getting one-heck-of-a-service provider! Thank you!!!

Had a loud buzz in a wall. After an hour of troubleshooting the issue was left unresolved (and unheard at the time) but a few other areas of the home were helped out, including a full diagnostic of all circuits. Following day a warrantied follow-up finally figured out that some leftover doorbell wires were crossing due to wind outside and causing a buzz in the wall with its transformer. Very professional, personable folks to work with and they showed up promptly in an acceptable time frame (not the normal a week or two away). Tad expensive but well worth the warranty and piece of mind, on top of the top notch service.

I called a few other companies at 11pm and no one answered the phone. Switch electric answered right away and the electrician came out within one hour as promised. They were very professional and gave me a fair price to replace my main breaker. They had my power back on in about an hour and they came the very next day to change out my main breaker. They explained everything to me from start to finish over the phone before they came out. I Highly recommend this company if you need electric work.

Friendly. Great service. Quality work. On time. Stuck to estimate. I spoke with Frank a week before Christmas about upgrading my electric panel. They came out and quoted me the next day when I was home and came out a week later to do the work. Everything works great now and Im glad they didnt try to nickel dime to price up like some companies before the work is finished. Lonnie was very professional. I will use them again. Thanks!

Just witnessed a group of these men assist a woman who locked her keys in her car at a gas station. These are some top notch high class men. If I ever need electric or know anyone who does moving forward, Ill be sure to recommend these gentleman. Its not often in this day and age you see anyone go above and beyond for a stranger. It was a refreshing active kindness that surely earned my future business.

Ive used Switch several times over the past couple years for my business and have been satisfied with them. Each time I called, it was usually some kind of "emergency" situation.
