We called this company to fix some outlets in our home prior to selling out house (we were replacing normal outlets with GFCI outlets). A contractor named Ronald Papczun came out. The appointment was weird; he showed up hours later than he originally told us, then left in the middle of it to pick his daughter up from his ex wife (thats what he told us). Came back a couple hours later. A couple days after he left, we tried to use one of the outlets hed replaced and it didnt work. I contacted him, and he told me hed be out the following Thursday. He never showed up. I emailed him afterward and have since gotten no response. I called Akron Electrician Company again, and the phone was answered by a different contractor. He flat out refused to give me any contact information for the owner, but kept reassuring me that the call was recorded and he was sure the owner was "listening in." He did tell me HE could then come out for an $85 service fee (plus his hourly fee, Im sure) to take a look at the problem. Definitely do not recommend.

They were available the same day I called. We needed a few upgrades done around the house. They got it all done within several hours. They explained everything to me even though I dont understand anything. Surprisingly, their services are affordable. They will be our electricians from here on out.
