Any business can sell products, but not all businesses have customer service. Thats what impressed me about Metro Electric. I went in as a non-customer (I did not buy my generator from Metro Electric) with questions about my Generac Mobile Link. Bill went above and beyond what I would have expected, calling Generac directly with technical questions and ultimately agreeing he shouldnt sell me a $300 radio and that other avenues should be tried first. I will return to Metro for all of my products in the future, knowing that the product will be supported by knowledgeable and accommodating customer service.

This is by far the best company I have ever dealt with. They truly put you first. I purchased a generator and they took care of EVERYTHING! They called the gas company for meter checks and up grades, the got the building permit, and called for the inspection. Metro and Mark have gone out of the way to make this purchase painless.
