Horrible Experience. Bottom Line: THEY RUINED MY COMFORTER purchased 1/13/10. To make a long story short, Owner admitted liability yet denied reimbursement! I was angry, frustrated & terribly unhappy with what happened - I was truthfully honest & expressed my feelings & desired resolution to the location Manager who contacted the OWNER who called me and said because I was "nasty" to the Manager, she decided not to reimburse me anything! Owner used my own words against me as a means/reason not to pay. DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING TO THIS CLEANER & TELL EVERYONE & ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN THAT THIS CLEANER IS HORRIBLE & THAT THE OWNER IS UNCARING & UNPROFESSIONAL. This "60+ years family owned company" will not prevail under the current owners business ethics & practice.

Having recently moved to the Carillon area I tried a couple different cleaners. I ended up here and have had really good luck with them over the past 6 months or so. Give these guys a try. Want to note that I had major problems from day one with cleaners across the way in the Shell gas station plaza. They ruined my wifes blouse by clearly spilling some sort of chemical on it that stained nearly the entire side of the blouse. They tried to tell me it was sweat. Stay clear of that one for sure...they are a very shady group there in my opinion.

Horrible. they ruined four of the collars on my white shirts and most recently ripped apart the side seam on another shirt. Stay away.

I recently started using Sterling and have had a great experience. $3.49 rate is fair, but wish work dresses were the same rate.
