Having a really hard time getting over how poorly we were treated by her rep Patrick when we flew 1100 miles from Boston to Florida in search of our next home. Wasted time, lost money we will never recoup, all stemming from originally contacting Brandie herself and being passed off first to Bryce then to Patrick. Trying to let it go but finding it really difficult. 5 day trip. 3 homes shown (none of which were in our clearly outlined parameters) Cost us a small fortune to get our time wasted by a supposed real estate agent that KNEW we need to get things done. Never spoke with Brandie until I complained via email.
