My experience with Urban Stylez was nothing less than spectacular. I messaged Charlie (the owner) because I am in town for Disney, to propose to my girlfriend and wanted to make sure I got a nice cut. Charlie, not only responded with a good morning but recommended several of his barbers to look up. I arrived at the barbershop about 8:45, being dropped off by Uber. Thankfully there fwas a couple barbers already there setting up their day and having some breakfast. They also greeted me with a good morning and opened the door so I was not outside standing waiting for the shop to open. I booked my appointment with Enrique, who also showed before 9. He was nothing short of amazing. He takes pride in cutting hair. Ive always said there are two kinds of barbers, one that is in it for the money and the other that takes pride in what they do. He definitely takes pride and will go the extra mile. Very personable and friendly. Made me feel like I had been getting my haircut there for years. Id definitely say this is a barbershop youd want to check out if youre looking for excellent customer service and a great cut. I wouldnt be doing Enrique justice if I didnt say ask or book with him. There are other barbers in the shop that are nice as well, as I witnessed a few cutting but Enrique is my guy if Im ever in the Orlando area. The Google rating for this shop isnt indicative of the service I received. Thank you Charlie and Enrique!

Obviously the most important part of a barbershop is the quality of the cut, so let me start off by saying that these guys are the real deal. Best haircut Ive ever gotten. For the past several years Ive been wasting my time getting some hack jobs. If your going to a shop that offers bargain haircuts, yeah Its a couple dollars cheaper, but absolutely not worth it. I went to Urban Stylez after seeing some great reviews on Yelp, and the reviewers werent wrong. These guys treat their customers with the utmost care and precision when cutting hair. If you dont have an appointment (which youre able to make everyday) then you might be waiting for a short while, but its because the barbers wont rush a cut just to get the line moving along. Its about quality to these guys, which is a great thing to see. The atmosphere is very cool too, very clean and no loud annoying music blasting. The barbers have style and so does the shop itself. Its hipster-ish without being too pretentious. Overall, youre getting a great haircut for a great price at a great place. You cant go wrong here folks.

Seriously the rudest place I have ever been to. I called to see if they were able to do my sons haircut a certain way and was told to walk right in, asked if I could make an appointment...said their down online and to just "walk in" I do just that. Never not once. No one EVER spoke to me. I waited 58 minutes and when chairs finally opened (3 chairs) they decided to take a 15 minute lunch break WHEN it was our turn. Clearly they were busy but I doubt they will continue to be as I saw 3 people walk out before me as I am sure no one spoke to them either. I told them specifically that I had a two year old son. How patient do you expect a child to be? Unprofessional. Dirty, hair everywhere not cleaned up even after someones done. This was more of a hang out than an establishment. Business has definitely changed. The REVIEW LIED on this business.

This morning I was on my way to work on hwy 27. At about 8:07am. I was just about to go through an intersection when I was adjusting my cruise control because I was doing 3 mph under the speed limit and then their Van turned right out into my lane from a red light. I had to slam on breaks to avoid a collision. Coffee went from my cup holder all over my car. I immediately beeped the horn and got the number off of the van. I called and left them a voicemail saying I hope they have good insurance because the person driving the van is going to kill someone! And that I would make sure to leave a review somewhere. Well now I am getting TEXT MESSAGES from this person in response to my voicemail telling me that I was speeding and that I have road rage and anger issues.... Hows that for professionalism?! Ridiculous!

This is not my first time. When the owner is there is excellent. Unfortunately, today is saturday Feb 4 2017 and the pleace is a mess. 3:37pm. Cruel reggaeton and nadty hip hop music for kids presents. If you offer service to kods be more carefully and even with young girl. Check the security camera at 3:38pm and look 3 kids, 1 lady with around 15 years old and take a look about the videos playing with girls in panties touching girls. I dont mind this is not the only place to get a hair cut. But if the owner has his aeyes closed is more better for him to check. The manager seems nice but has no power to take control on the place with the other barbers. Sad experiemce. In todays days you can expect whatever. But today urban deserve a very negative feedback.

Horrible, horrible, horrible!!! First of all their timings are incorrect. They say 10 AM to 5 PM on Sundays, which is wrong. I went to the shop at 04:30 PM, the guy said, it was "after hour" and the charge was $20 since they close at 3 PM on Sundays. I was cramped for time (leaving next day) and agreed to pay "after hour" charges. While cutting my hair the guy was very inattentive, didnt care, even took cell phone calls from his friends. The place is unorganized and the employees are very unprofessional. I will never go back here and dont recommend this place for anyone!

When I moved to this area from up north, I bounced around from barber shop to barber shop. Until I found this shop, quality and service is very important to me. The shop is always clean, very professional, and the talent of all the barbers onsite is second to none. I moved a bit further now but it is still definitely worth my 25 min drive every couple of weeks. My go to barber is Enrique, even though all the barbers here are very skilled and professional. Online appointments also makes it very convenient.

I Been going a year to this barber shop to same barber her name is Tiana . She been doing amazing job with my Mohawk from fades to different designs i request. The atmosphere of the place is a relaxing one . This place has great talented barbers the price u pay is worth the service giving to you by any of the talented staff at this barber shop . So me being a female customer i only go for my Mohawk fades. This is a good recommend place to check out.

Only go here after 5PM. Before then the place is filled with stuck up and unprofessional barbers whom dont even aknowledge you when you walk in. They gladly let you sit there for hours without saying a word to you and literally cut heads at random. On top of that the cuts are trash. Go to Rico, Tianna, or anyone whos there after 5
