Nice staff, cool atmosphere and a clean shop that staffs talented barbers who listen to you and know their stuff. If youre tired of sterile mall snip joints, come down to the neighborhood and check out the Epic. Regular folks who are good at their gig and dont treat you like a mannequin.

Best barber service Ive ever had everytime i come in i never have to sit down more than 20 minutes. Staff really cool people my barber Rick is really cool hell cut your hair and hell take his time and have a really good conversation with you. Overall the place is definitely 10/10

Easily one of the best barbershops in Cleveland! Normally other barbers have a hard time with my hair. But Epic took care of me perfectly. I was able to make an appointment, and got the best cut ever. This is my new barbershop!

Place stinks like marijuana not a safe place to take ur kids. Barbers there cut like its a barber school. They need more experience. The wait is ridiculous because they take almost two hours per hair cut.

Terrible service. Sat for an hour with barbers failing to acknowledge my existence. Barbers are terribly slow. Had to walk out.
