Before i start with my review, Id like to note, im not the type to leave comments..period but i must say, i was Highly disappointed with dynasty..the new guys they have working in there are so disrespectful. I pLaced my name on the sign in sheet, to get a simple 15 minute shape up at 6:15 pm I run across the street to my apartment complex to feed my prts. Mean while the barbershop is packed, I figure I have at least an hour and a half before the call my name. I come back at 6:45pm and the doors are locked. I knock and knock finally one of the barbers come to the door and tell me their closed. Even though on the door it says theyre open until 8pm. I politely tell the barber with the glasses I have my name on the list. He tells me well u shouldnt have left. While telling me this I see the same customers still waiting to get a cut. I emphasize I just need a shape up and I know that no one has called my name. He tells me thats why you shouldnt have left were trying to go home and refuses to let me in even though they still dont close for another hour. They start speaking in Spanish to each other then turns to me and says sorry we open at 9am tomorrow, come back. Then closes the door in my face. I know Nd have much respect for the owner. Hes a very good barber but his new employees have terrible Customer service. I understand they want to go home but you dont treat paying customers like that. I will never come back. I had an extremely important event I have to attend tonight that I needed to get cleaned up for and had a door closed in my face. Im absolutely livid. Please emphasize to your employees the importance of customer service the the way they acted will surely run future and present customers away.

Cut my hair with Bradley for years. Had to cut my hair in another city for a few months and made me remember the saying "you dont know what you have until you loose it". He is more than a barber, very friendly and you can tell how much he cares for every detail in every customer, he is an artist, very talented and caring. Just a few days ago I saw how he transformed a man with a long hair and unshaved face into a stud, I would not doubt if that customer "got lucky" with some lady that night, lol. Bradley is an Excellent Beyond Believe Barber.

Been here 3x for a beard trim with Brad. First time was ok looking. Second time my beard was left uneven and whopsided, i fixed it at home. I decided to give them one last chance today, and unfortunately it was the worst beard trim yet. Dude cut one side of my mustache completely off and left the other side about 2 inches long. I had to go home and cut the other side off to match. So now i have a 1/4 inch mustache paired with a 4-5 inch beard. Just sucks when you have months invested into a beard just to have it gapped up.

First time I went the barber I got gave me an uneven haircut, I decided to give them a second chance, but I get a rude guy telling me that theyre closed, and to come back in the morning, I ask him about afterhour haircuts and he hung up on me. I call back and I get someone else, I qsk the same thing, he says theyllbtake care of me, but when I get there, I decided to go to the hair cuttery instead. I didnt want to deal with rude people late at night.

Im from out of town & finally found a nice clean place to get a cut/shave when Im here with good prices. I didnt wait more then 10m & the cut/shave was one of the best Ive gotten in a while. The guys were chill & so was the atmosphere, had some good music playin(makes you wanna dance.) I highly recommend Dynasty Barber Shop & will definitely be back. Thanks again guys for the awesome cut/shave!!!

No #1 place to get a haircut and or shave in Davenport. I went to 2 other places in Davenport to get a haircut and they were not great to say the least. They also charge less then all other places around as far as I know. But, be ready to wait. I have waited as long as 1 hour for a haircut. It is definitely worth waiting for just be prepared.

Worst barber shop ever. called and they told it wasnt going to take long ... got there at 10am they only had 4 people to go 2 hour and a half later still had 2 to go and they let people that wasnt sign in get hair cut before the people that were wanting for hours.

Waited a little over 2 hrs, and in those 2 hrs they only served 4 people. I still had 3 more in front of me when I finally walked out. Needless to say, I went around the corner to the hair cuttery and in less than 15 mins, I had my haircut and paid.
