Okay heres the deal . 3 stars . Ive cut my own hair for the past 20+ years until about 6 months ago . I wanted it to grow out which takes a while and I only know how to use clippers for a high n tight . I know nothing about cutting long hair which is why I went to a professional. It was getting ratty so I figured to go get it cleaned up some around the ears and back but let it keep growing on top . I told the barber this at RBI . He didnt say much in return but I didnt think much of it . He gets the clippers out and starts going to town and halfway through the haircut he starts asking the barber to the left questions in Spanish to translate to me . So basically when I told him to leave it long on top , he didnt understand what I was saying which is why I didnt get a response . Okay I get it now . Im just saying make sure whoever is going to cut your hair speaks the same language as you . I give it 3 stars because the people are nice there , its a nice atmosphere and I got a clean haircut ( just not exactly what I was wanting ) . Advice for RBI , in the future make sure the two you pair together understand each other . Thank you

First experience at a barbershop and I chose this place because they make cuts with patterns (hair tattoos). I greatly appreciated the professionalism of my barber and I can tell the others were doing a great job. Regarding the barbershop as such, I appreciated the cleanliness and calm that prevailed: no loud music, no "gossip", no useless questions. Nice and comfortable furniture - chairs are comfortable - you see and feel it is quality. Although English is not my first language (I do not speak Spanish either) and because it was the first time there, I was not sure how to explain what I wanted but the barber understood very well and the result was perfect. This team is very welcoming and respectful - and because of the cleanliness and the excellent service I received, I have definitively adopted this place. Look, if youre in Haines City and you dont get your wig split at this spot, Ill just assume that youve completely given up on vagina. But seriously, in the last six years, Ive gotten my hair cut at RBI about 10 times. I came across this barber shop after my first few years of military service. I dont get to come to Haines City too often, but Ive made it a habit to visit this place during every trip. In almost ten years of service, Ive been around the world many times. Ive probably had thousands of haircuts by hundreds of barbers, but none have displayed the consistent level of skill that Ive seen at RBI. Ive rotated through all barber chairs out of curiosity, but Ive never been disappointed. Now, if you arent afraid of a wait and youre trying to get right, I recommend seeing Johnny. Im not sure how he does it, but that guy has a gift. Hell, if I had the money, Id make him travel with me!

Been coming here for many years. Great team! Awesome cuts. I usually sit with Joel or shorty and I never had any issues. The wait can be long sometimes, but I wouldnt expect less then that cause that tells you that customer keep coming back because of how well they do. And besides you can always call ahead of time to get on the list. Highly recommend

Very clean, nice decor, background music not too loud, barbers are uniformed and professional, (and they have good haircuts themselves!). Joel did my haircut, and he took enough time to do a really good careful job, but not so long as to make me impatient. My wife came along, and even she was impressed! Thanks, Joel!

Best barber shop in Haines city, Orlando or Florida I drive from Orlando to Haines city to get a hair cut. The owner always cuts my hair he is the best, the other barbers are good too. The new remodel looks awesome. Best barbershop period dont matter what anyone says trust me. they are the best.keep it the good work

I give it a 1 star. I have called 5 times to ask for prices before I go there and noone picks up the phone. I walked on once to ask about prices and they charge 15 for a haircut and plus 5 dollars for each extra clip that they have to use. Thats ridiculous. I dont think Ill ever call or show up there again.

Just came from getting a fresh cut. Shorty was back from DR. It is a treat when you get Shorty as your barber. He is my favorite barber. All the barbers there are good. Ive had my haircut by most of the barbers there. They are all good barbers. Im ready for my trip to Seattle with my fresh cut.

Will never come back again first time impression was horrible. I waited almost 2 hours and saw people come and go then when I finally asked the receipsionist how long she mentioned because I wasnt specific which barber I wanted I had to wait for one who isnt selected to become available.

BEST shop in Florida.... PERIOD...! The renovations to the shop show that the owners are big into the customers overall experience. I live in NYC and the only person that I truly trust with my sons hair is Shorty..... Magazine quality cuts at a great price... Well keep coming back....

Been there a few times...usually good cuts. Last time Frank cut my hair and its worse than walmart. Do not let this guy cut your hair!!! Uneven, jacked up my hairline, cant do a simple blowout. Dont know if Ill go back now if they think this is ok

Went to RBI today with no appointment, They where not busy and cut my hair straight away. The barber was Joe or Joel and he did a fantastic job of my hair. The price was reasonable too. Would recommend to anyone. First rate Barbers
