Today, I had a wonderful experience getting to meet with Rob. Upon calling him yesterday afternoon about a crack in my windshield, he was very polite and sounded very respectable over the phone. I asked simple questions about getting my windshield fixed and he was already in the process of purchasing the necessary items needed for the job. In the end, it was easier to have him replace my windshield, and within 24hrs he had a new window for me with a wonderfully done tinted strip at the top he had done himself. He shared tips and tricks to look for on my car, cracked jokes here and there, as well as, getting to know each other a bit personally. Meeting him in person definitely left me with a great lasting inspiration and I would definitely recommend him and choose him for anything, "come what may," in the future.

Grand Set Autoglass was amazing. We had a cracked windshield on our carpet cleaning work vehicle. I had to reschedule our appointment a couple of times due to the work schedule and he was very accommodating. He met us at the Chevy dealership where we were having work done. The dealership was 2 hours late having our vehicle completed, and the Grand Set Augoglass technician waited the entire time without a problem! We felt so bad but he was very nice about it and was a breeze to work with. He had all of his tools setup by the time the truck was ready and the windshield replacement went very quickly and the windshield that he put in is top quality. Thank you for being so accommodating and for the quality windshield replacement! We will use your services again if we ever need a windshield repair again!

I called Grand Set Autoglass (GSA) about a quote today, just in case the company I had contacted previously could not complete my window repair. The owner was very personable and told me to call back if I needed him, even after hours. When the company I had originally scheduled with came out, I suspected a scam when my quote went up $300 after they arrived. I was furious and suspected that I was being taken advantage of. I called Grand Set Autoglass again and my question was answered and great advice was provided. He took the time to answer my question even though he was not doing the job and affirmed my belief of the scam. Thanks for your help and for going out of your way to educate me. If I am ever in need of a repair, I will definitely be calling GSA.

Rob is one of those rare individuals who is passionate about the quality of what they do, and has the knowledge and experience to back it up. He offered to install my windshield glass as soon as he received the part in case I needed it done earlier. I was not able to take him up on that generous offer, but appreciated it just the same. He is extremely fair, courteous, and generous with the knowledge that he has acquired during his years in the glass industry. If you have any glass damage be sure to give him a call. He will not only assess the damage fairly, but he will also give you great tips and knowledge on how to upkeep your glass and keep your car safe.

I had a crack on the edge of my windshield, so unfortunately I had to replace the whole entire windshield. However, Robert did an amazing job and came over to fix it as soon as he could. Not only that but he went above and beyond on fixing my grill that was a little loose and making sure my car was vacuumed in side as well. He wasnt only great on his job but his service and personality was great as well. So professional and friendly. He communicated everything very well to me and made sure I was comfortable with everything that was going on with my car. Definitely dont ever hesitate to call him whenever you have an issue with your windshield. Hes your guy! :)

I contacted Grand Set Autoglass to replace a door window for my daughter who works at Disney. I spoke with Rob on the phone who made arrangements to come out that day and meet my daughter in the employee parking lot. After finishing the job, he even walked to where my daughter works in the park to drop off her keys. Rob was professional, courteous and very accommodating. After replacing the window he cleaned all the broken glass and left the car cleaner than before the break-in. On top of all this he had one of the lowest prices in the area. I only wish I could give more than 5 stars.

Mr. Rob did an outstanding job. I was driving home on the turnpike when my hood flew open and severely smashed my windshied. Mr. Rob was the only person to stop and help. Before even telling us about his company he immediately told me to take my 4 children out of the vehicle and he let them sit in his company truck for safety. He even went out of his way to drive us to the next exit to be out of harms way. I greatly appreciated that. He did an amazing n professional job fixing the windshield. Amazing service we got from Rob, very highly recommended. (No Joke.. he is that good) Our window cracked on our to Florida for vacation. We called, got on schedule, and the communication was excellent. Rob traveled out of his way obtaining a new window. He replaced the window the same day and the process of replacing it was very educational . His also very helpful dealing with insurance stuff. If you want a professional result and knows his stuff, his the guy! He took our worries and solved our problem. We are a satisfied happy customer.

Rob did a fantastic job replacing my windshield! He had to go several miles to pick up the part , then it had been sent to the wrong place, he had to go and actually help the place it was sent uncrate the windshield so he could load it up and get all the way back where we were. He stayed cool the whole time and treated us really great! He even left us some bottled water in my console without telling us! Great customer service! Hope I dont have to go to him again but if I do have a problem with my auto glass, hell be my first and only call!!

GRAND AUTO GLASS ROCKS! They are open 24/7, has unbeatable prices(trust me I checked everywhere!) They come to You. My mini van back door glass busted, had glass everywhere and I have 4 kids to transport around EVERYWHERE! Other glass companies were SOOOOOOO expensive, and wouldnt be able to fix it for DAYS.
