Not worth the one star it took to leave a rating. Once I got home after 20+ miles of driving and saw my brand new $120 low profile tire was low on air I was extremely concerned. Its very damaging to drive a low profile tire with low air. So I drove it all the way back. They determine it is in fact 11 lbs low on air. I demand my money back as the tires integrity has now been weakened. This guy has the audacity to tell me he has never had anyone come up there bitching like I was. I couldnt believe he cussed at me so I walked in to grab my reciept off the counter. Again I said I couldnt believe he had cussed at me and he told me he wanted to do a lot more to me. HE THREATENED ME PHYSICALLY!!!! It was a white man about 55 gray and balding.

Lake Tire and Auto did a great job with my aging van (12 years old). Replaced my tires, balanced and aligned them, and put in a new battery. Soon after they did the work, I took a series of long-distance trips, totalling over 15,000 miles. The ride is incredibly smooth, and the tires are wearing well. The battery has been performing well, providing plenty of power even when the engine is off. Lake Tire is a family-run business that has deep ties to the community. I greatly appreciate their approach to good service and their commitment to earning an excellent long-term reputation.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! The employees damaged our rim on our truck and the owner told us, so what... ALWAYS LOOK for the sign "NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES" !!!! Stay as FAR AWAY from this place, Dont do business with this company. This military family will be telling all our military family & friends and any one who asks by word of mouth that this company is NOT WORTH spending your money on ANY PRODUCT or SERVICE that that may offer.

My family & I are new to the area and Lake Tire & Auto did help us with a tire replacement a few months back. Remembering their good service at that time, I stopped in again today with a mechanical issue and they were kind enough to refer me to a shop that was extremely honest. Very thankful for the referral and their time. Being new to the area its refreshing to so quickly find mechanics and auto shops you can trust - thank you!

Just had a set of tires put on my vehicle by them and they did an outstanding job. Matt did everything that he said he would do. I was concerned about my TPMS being damaged when they installed the tires and Matt guaranteed me that they could do it without damaging them. Tires were installed in about 30 minutes and the TPMS worked fine. Price was competitive with others in the area. I will be using them in the future. Thanks Matt

Called two other places to get tires done in am as was going out of town. They were the best price and the only one that could get it done before noon. (Had tires in stock). Found a broken valve stem and sensor. They took care of that at no charge. Matt had great customer service. He and other service rep explained everything. Very good experience.

I went there for years for tires and rotations. They messed up my car on a simple tire rotation.. lifted my car in the wrong spot and messed up my muffler pipe under the car.. they new they did it and didnt say a thing. Will never go back and will never recommend!
