What a bunch of crooks! "Duke" is the reason car repair shops have such a bad rep. Went in for an oil change and rotation, after 45min was told "all Ok, you need an air and cabin filter" to which I said "ok, put in." After another 45 min Duke says "sorry, we dont actually have the air filter but I ordered it from a supplier and oh yeah, you need a complete set of tires." To which I said, "close the hood, pull the car out!" WTF. I come in for oil, an hour and a half later they try to sell me 4 tires for my 2013 Honda with only 26k miles! What losers (technicians and selling system) are they employing? Please--- do yourself a favor and go to Conrads!!!!

They dont install used tires due to liability issues. I laughed so hard. Poor Babylon doesnt have a spine. The helpful tech laughed at me, and told me good luck finding another shop open on Sunday. Mr Tire, swapped in my Nokian Hakkapeliitta R2 (on a Sunday!) ($100, thank you Craigslist), and Aluminum rims ($140) for $20 a wheel. So $340 installed for my $1200-dollar-new wheel package. Go to Mr Tire, these snobs arent worth your time, or your money.

Horrible horrible horrible do not come here I paid for an oil change give me the car back and said Im ready to go next day they called me saying we forgot to do the oil change so I took the car back to get what I paid for then my car stops Working it wont start up my battery is fine They are THE WORST !!! If you do take your car here MAKE Sure BEFORE YOU Leave CHECK YOUR CAR VERY GOOD THEY Have taken some parts out of your car !!!

Went in to have my suspension checked, because other shop told me that I had a problem with suspension. Firestone quoted me over $900 for repair, and when I asked to show whats wrong they only offered explanation on a picture, I could not see the parts that they claimed are failing. The other shop quoted $200 on a completely separate issue. Take your business elsewhere, people here are scammers.

Last minute request to have them check my wifes Outlook for a check engine light that came on right before a long trip she was taking. At 3:00PM they took her in and stayed late until the repairs were done. Cost was reasonable and we felt a whole lot better about taking that trip. Have been back since for my other cars.

They destroyed the tires on my car! It has been brought to my attention by another national auto care chain that the alignment that was done by this shop and was checked several times by the same shop was done back asswards! Dont trust these clowns!

Took my truck in for some work. Had some trouble with a part I needed and had to keep my vehicle overnight. The staff went above and beyond to make it right. Friendly, informative and fair. Thanks guys, I will be definitely be back in the future.
