Took my older BMW in for an oil change. Walked in and they let me know I would be out of there in about an hour. I did not ask them to check anything out on the car, I only needed an oil change!!!! I had a dentist appointment to get to 2 hours from the time I dropped off my car. They basically saw dollar signs in me and my car. 2 hours later they informed me they found multiple things wrong with my vehicle. Some of them sounded reasonable but others were suspicious because I have a regular mechanic shop that I use. Long story short they prepared a $4500 estimate to get everything fixed and I had to call them to even get their quote sent to me after they promised to send it to me later that same day. I was interested in seeing what their estimate was so I could have my mechanic show me if they were being legitimate. This place over promises and under delivers! Consumer beware! They just want to land a big ticket sale! Btw I am sitting at my mechanics shop where he is showing me what things on their estimate are false :) Ive learned my lesson and will never stray from my honest mechanic just to save time.

Thoroughness of diagnostics to pinpoint the trouble source. A less motivated company would probably have replaced the obviously damaged parts and pushed me and my car out on the road again, without investigating the real source of the problem. I was provided an estimate so there would be no surprises once the work was complete. High marks for Wilson, the mechanic, and Rick, the mechanic who checked Wilsons work. Garrett, and Danielle, in the front office, were courteous and solicitous of my two days in their waiting room. Shuttle rides to and from the hotel Garrett located for me while I waited. The coffee in the waiting room was good, too! The overall appearance of the Clermont, Florida, CBAs property and interior was clean and tidy. The staff was courteous and helpful. If my car ever breaks down somewhere in America I hope it will be near a CBA. I would highly recommend your company to anyone considering having any sort of work performed on an auto. Thanks for being handy when we needed you. P.S. The 2004 Mustang runs much better; am very satisfied with the results.

The first time I went to Christian Brothers Automotive in Clermont, was in April 2017. I needed some major work done to my car. They did an excellent job with the work and in a timely manner. They also did a courtesy inspection to make sure everything else was running efficiently. My car runs beautifully. The customer service was wonderful. Garrett was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. In this month of July, I took my car in for an routine oil change. Again the customer service was wonderful. Danielle was so friendly and courteous too. The waiting area is a comfortable living room decor with music instead of a television. Very pleasant atmosphere. Such a refreshing experience! I will return for all my automobile needs. Thank you!

This place is amazing, I cant say enough good things! Garrett is a life saver and helped me after my driver window fell down and never came backup. After being dismissed by the Chevy Dealer down the road, I went into their shop for the first time and was warmly greeted by Garrett who went above and beyond. After giving me an estimate he even followed me out to my car and helped pull up the windows and secure it, all before I even agreed to do business. I accepted the estimate, and he ordered the parts. After the parts came in, the repair was a breeze and half the price of what the dealership wanted to rip me off. Such a great experience, would recommend to anyone. Although I hope I dont have to return, this is were Id go for any future work!

Being from out of town I reviewed a few auto repair centers online including the dealer as I believed the work needed was covered under warranty for our Jeep. After reading some Yelp reviews, I decide don Christian Brothers. Glad I did. I got a quick and honest diagnosis and repair work at a fair price. I looked at an online price estimator based on work required and location, Christian Brothers was under the fair price listed. Nobody likes paying for car repair, but if I need to have any work done again (including warranty work) Ill be back. The crew was friendly and I made sure to observe other customers coming in and out, they had regular costomers for maintenance work. So fir what its worth, you cant go wrong.

I have been taking my 2000 Honda Civic to Christian Brothers Automotive for over 3 years now and have never been disappointed. They are extremely knowledgeable and professional. Plus with my older vehicle Im in there quite a bit LOL. They are patient and fair never feel like Im being over charged for anything plus they will tell only what REALLY needs to be repaired or replaced. They have superb customer service with their shuttle service and flexible hours. I trust them and highly recommend them to any one looking for a local repair shop whether your car is new or old, they will get the job done! They have always been truly helpful and have been a true blessing! You will not be disappointed.

I recently had a driving problem with my 330 BMW and took it to CBA for service. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and identified the problem as a wheel alignment issue. They were able to schedule me in immediately. They inspected the chassis and steering rod ends and did not find any worn parts. They aligned the car and gave me a print out of the wheel positions before and after their service which showed me why I had a problem. The price was extremely reasonable and the car is driving like a charm. I was impressed the cleanliness of the shop, the comfortable waiting area and the staff and would certainly recommend them to family and friends.

Excellent, very knowledgeable and caring staff! They never try to pressure or hurry you in getting repairs done. The shuttle service is a huge convenience. They are prompt in diagnosis and the progress reports via text were great. I consider these guys my mechanics now. When asked if I know a good Mechanic, I say "Sure, I know a whole garage full of them, CBs!" I trust them, and I know about the relationship between a driver and a mechanic has to be based on trust. They got my 1994 F150 4x4 running perfect and werent afraid to dive in to my modified project mustang either. I would be confident bringing anything to these guys. Nuff said.

I was quoted at the Toyota dealership $650 to get one of my bearings replaced, and really pressured to replace both for $900 along with another $500 of "strongly recommend" repairs. After calling around I decided to go to Christian Brothers because we had a good experience with them in Texas. They replaced the broken bearing and I was out the door for less then $350. After looking the car over, they pointed out some things they saw, but said car looked great and there was no additional repairs that needed my attention. Its a little out of the way for me, but its the only place I will take my wife or Is car from here on out.
