Im not the type to speak such high praises, but I think they deserve it. But back up a little. I get my oil changed at Monros at Ridge and Brookpark, they say I have brake problems; the invoice says itll cost about 800 to fix. Seems sketchy. So I go to Harles, yes theres a problem, but its caused by rust. They grind the rust off of my brake calipers and lube some pins (not a car guy), but if they tried grinding the rotors, they wouldnt be to spec. Knowledgeable. My final price was about $260. In and out same day because they had the parts on hand, and they do go over exactly what they did - in nice detail - so you understand what they did. Would I recommend? Im going onto Facebook to harass my friends about the place right after this review. I suspect the clown comment might have been about Harlys or Harbs, two nearby auto places.

Took my vehicle in to find my evap leak so i could get my tags so they smoked my system said the purge valve was bad and there was a small leak above the tank.they said they would replace the valve and the cost for the job would be $312 this included the part .then i would be able to get my tags.well i cant afford that at the moment so i decided to do it myself.they charged me 82 for smoking the system.so that means they were going to charge $220 to replace the valve. I purchased the valve for $50 at the dealership.now they were no tools needed to change this part.it took me a whole 5 mins to change.didnt have to lay on the ground either.it was under the hood. So they were going to charge me $170 FOR a 5 min job.HARLES YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES!! MERRY CHRISTMAS TO YOU TOO!!!

Took my cars here a few times, they do a good job but can be also very pricey. These guys are the real deal ASE certified and know what they are doing. I wasnt extremely happy though i spent 140 bucks to fix a squeaky serpentine belt but it still squeaks. It stopped for about a month and then started again. The thing that really surprised me was that I just replaced my belt. Other then that issue I never had any other problems, they know what they are doing, if you are willing to spend a good amount of money.

Its Just my luck to find a great shop close to home. Its difficult these days to get honest & reliable service. These people tell it like it is. If its broken theyll quote to fix it. If its still got life left in it, they suggest to keep on using it...Fair Practices & Great Mechanical Work. I always check out a shop at the end of the day...if its messy...I go elsewhere, If its clean - thats who I let work on my vehicles. Keep up the good work Harles! You passed the "my clean shop award!"

Called to get a quote on 2011 hyuandai accent. They told me they would have to look at it....??? I smell a diagnostic fee already. Plus you guys have to know a general idea of what you charge for tune-ups....cmon now. I called harbs auto on snow and pearl and he gave me a quote off the bat. I think I found a winner! Plus Harles phone rep kept telling me he dont know nothing.....well put somebody on the phone that can help me then jeesh....good day sir!

Sounds like there is more to Sues clown story... Weve known Matt & Randy for years and they are great. They have ethics... as well as being fast, friendly & fair. Matt & Randy talk with you... not down to you. Its like talking with your friends. Go and youll see that you wont want to go anywhere else.
