Spoke about a facial with owner and was told she would do it herself. Yesterday I made appointment and she said one of her girls would do it. I just called an hour before my appointment to tell her I am not up for the facial because I am scared of getting marks on my face before a party tonight. Mostly my concern was the person who would do my facial. I wanted the owner to do it, as originally planned but before I could finish speaking to the owner on the phone .. She assumed I was trying to find out whats going on in the salon rather then getting work done. How dare she think I am a snoop and how dare she speak to me the way she did. There must be something going on there for her believe I am digging for some dirt. She sold me on a facial the first time we spoke but now I feel so disgusted I was about to do business with her and trusted her with my skin.

This saloon is really nice and I recommend everyone. I like service and price range is perfect. I usually ask my service from Kashmira and she knows what she is doing! Go for it!!
