The women in here are sometimes helpful and then sometimes they arent. I go here all the time, and my first keratin treatment wasnt explained properly. There is a plus sized female who works there and is very rude. I dont speak Spanish but I understand a little bit and she was very nasty to me. She let me stand there after my dryer was finished and didnt want to help me, the lady who started me was doing great her coworkers hair.... she was sitting there eating chips. I stood up to let them all know I wasnt being helped and they asked her to help me and she got the biggest attitude so I know she doesnt like me and she was very rough with my hair.I think its rude that they work on each others hair in the middle of doing customers hair. I got held up an extra 40 minutes because they were doing each others hair that wasnt professional. For now this place will have to do until I can find better. But if that oversized woman tries me again, I will definitely walk out of that salon.

BE CAREFUL IN THIS PLACE THEY DESERVE 0 STARS!!!! AFTER THEY CHARGE YOU TWICE THEY DO NOT RESPOND. ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY THEY DONT CARE. I went here to get my hair styled when I was done. THEY DEMAND SERVICE TO BE PAID IN CASH OR DEBIT CARD. I paid using a debit card as requested by the employee after swiping once she asked I swipe again which I did when I left the location I received an alert from my bank indicating I was charged twice by Dominican Hair and Beauty. I immediately returned to the salon and showed the alerts and signed in to my account and showed it had posted twice and they treated me with disrespect, Screaming and yelling at me in front of everyone by the owner and the employee who charged me. I did not once receive an apology when it was them who charged me twice.

Excellent service good prices and expierenced stylist with different textures of hair. I wouldnt trust anyone else with my thin hair. Love them and been a loyal customer for over seven years! Visit and you wont regret it!
