The management here is horrible. I received the worst customer service I have ever received in my life. I filed a complaint with the BBB, and am in the middle of a major battle. I would highly advise to stear away. When you need resolution this office avoids all phone calls at all coasts. Worst experience ever. Go to You fit $10-19 a month way more room and better customer service by far. I ve had to go to the BBB , and several other entities so far this business is not responding and i have the emails for anyone who wants them this shows what a non stand up comany this is

Poor customer service. Stuart Castillo was double bill us each month and when we ;made he aware he said "that could never happen". We supplied him with bank statements showing the double billing and he would not respond. This was sent to Customer Service and they wanted us to submit proof both accounts belong to us. After that was sent they said it would be 3 to 5 business days to review. During this time Stuart has put the one "bank account billing" in collection because we refuse to pay double each month. Nice way to increase you profits!

Close to my house which is why I switched over to here. It is a little bit smaller of a gym, so I can understand why they do not have any stand alone bench presses, they are sort of incorporated in the squat racks. Other than having to wait sometimes, this gym is great, and being 24 hours makes it very convenient for someone who works late.

I love this gym. it is always nice and clean and un crowded. I also use the Tarpon Springs location although depending on what time you go you can have the gym to yourself which is nice. All the equipment is up to date and neat as well.

Equipment is well-maintained, and the windows are quite visible to sidewalk pedestrians. Trainers are always present and there is a decent amount of people in at all times of day

Not worth the money whatsoever. Just workout at home instead of wasting your money on this crap. Too overpriced and the manager there is a b*tch.
