I usually dont write a bad review about anything but this is the exception. They advertise that you dont need an appointment, when in fact you do. There were 3 us trying to get a pedicure on Sunday, Sept. 20 and when we couldnt seem to locate the place I called them on the phone. Not only did they not tell me how to find them but she told me that all 3 of us couldnt get a pedicure that day. It wasnt like I called them in the middle of the day. I called them as soon as they opened. So as far as their services I have no idea how good or bad they are but I know their customer service is terrible.

My fiancee gets her nails done there. She works doing construction Yes i said construction... she builds stores she actually helped build that Nail salon. laying tile digging holes, framing walls, painting, hanging drywall etc... Looking at her you would not expect it. Now back to her nails.... Her nails Do Not break or come off easily like they did in the past when she went to other nail salons We highly recommend going there, It is a warm & friendly atmosphere near Fort Lauderdale Beach

I would never go to this place again! The girl that did my nails did exactly what I told her not to do and as she was doing it I was saying no this is not what I want and she was saying ok while she still kept doing what she was doing. Didnt have time to redo because I had stopped by there on my way to the airport and was running late. They were not friendly all and I felt very uncomfortable the whole time I was there!

Rude and ignorant staff are clearly only here to cash in on the Cruise boat clientele and care little for doing a competent and professional job. Ruined my wifes manicure and caused her a cut that aggrivated her all trip long. AVOID this business
