I always enjoy a getaway here! Joshua, Shivali, Jill, Rimma, Rachel and Yvonne and all so friendly and accommodating from check in to massage and facials and to enjoying the waters of the world cafe. The crab salad is delicious. The pools are phenomenal. The 1st one with the Dead Sea salt is my favorite. Its so relaxing. The French salt is also enjoyable. There is an outdoor jacuzzi. There is not enough covered areas in the hot sun tho, sometimes its really too hot and it would be nice if there were more portable covers. The showers have recently underwent a change and the nice jets on the wall are all gone, down graded to 1 shower head. The indoor sauna and steam room are enjoyable, so is the jacuzzi . It is nice

I was on vacation with my family last month and my mother-in-law and I spent a day at the spa at PGA. We had a wonderfully relaxing day and didnt want to leave! All of the staff were very courteous and helpful. My masseuse, Mary, was excellent and very accommodating with an injury I had, frequently ensuring that I was comfortable! After my massage, I had a facial with Yolanda, who was equally talented and professional!! Lunch by poolside was heavenly and a relaxing pedicure was the perfect ending to our visit! Cant wait to go back!

Dont listen to the other reviews!!! Went here for a mother- daughter relaxation day and we were blown away! Everything was brand new! Facilities were nice and clean. Staff was very friendly. Both my mother and I came out of our massages feeling totally relaxed and rejuvenated. I had Daisy and my mother had Linda. Daisy was very accommodating and sweet whereas Linda was patient and very focused on her needs. The pools were great! Lunch was delicious. Not sure what everyone is complaining about. We will definitely be going back!

Ok so im going to be totally honest! If it wasnt for a Groupon I wouldnt come back here. My massage was great! But the spa its self is sooooooo run down. The couches are stained from peoples bodies in the tranquility room ..And its too crowded And loud . And the lady yavonne by the pool with the short black hair was so rude... That My friends and I simply will not return for that reason. Honestly I usually go to Si spa on meritt island And it never disappoint me.

The most disgusting spa EVER! My massage was AMAZING! Unfortunately I wasnt able to use the amenities because of being filthy. This place needs a severe makeover....Hair in shower, trash on floor, stains on all chairs, dead cockroach on the wall in the sauna, pee on toilets, brown oranges, robes are old & stained. Simply disgusting! I wanna go home a shower now. Such a disappointment... They also added 20% gratuity to my credit card before my treatment. RUDE

The spa itself was beautiful & the ladies giving the services were AMAZING! The customer service was quite terrible though from the reception people - they screwed up all our booked appointments, were not there to greet us when we arrived, and then threw a fit about looking for a member of our parties keys after we left. I wouldnt choose this spa over some of the amazing ones Ive visited in Orlando like Bonnett Creek.

Massages are relaxing at best-definitely not therapeutic. Seems the therapist dont care much about repeat customers as this is a resort setting. I enjoy spending the day by the pools but agree with many of the other posts -many upgrades are needed and if not for groupons the services are not fairly priced. Mostly a lot of "fluff", however the staff is nice overall and they try to make your visit enjoyable.

Last month I visited the spa to reorder a facial product previously purchased during a spa treatment. I was told the product would take about 3 weeks and that someone would call me. My name and contact information was placed in their order book. 4 weeks later I called and left several messages for the spa person Judy and her manager (Brandy?) and never received a return call

Was staying at the resort for a few days and on a rainy day decided to relax and get a deep swedish with my boyfriend. Simply amazing so relaxing the staff is very nice and courteous, ricardo was my masseuse and he was just simply amazing i walked out feeling like new.Will deff take the 2 hour drive and go again. masseuse

I had an expired spa gift certificate I gave my wife that expired for unforeseen circumstances. I went in to see if they would work with me as I was going to buy another one. Sorry they said. No, thats our policy. Too bad. We can walk there and used it frequently. Singer Island Marriott here we come!

At first you expect a lot more because it has "PGA" in the name, but in the end youre happy you didnt break the bank and still got a solid massage, laid out by the pools, and cleared up your sinuses in the couple steam rooms. Friendly staff, too.

Yuck! Over priced cheap hotel. Hard towels and tacky furniture. Phone did not work in room and shampoo, conditioner are in refillable containers:/
