We "interviewed" many direct mail companies who wanted to sell us the biggest, best package. SW Direct came in and presented a plan tailored to our organizations needs. I have dealt with countless mail houses in the past 20 years. I moved all my business to SW 6 months ago and my ROI has never been better. No nickel-dime crap. They pick up the phone whenever you need them. The creative department creates RESPONSIVE mailers and the mail always hits when theyre supposed too (minus blizzards). If you cant make money using SW, youre most likely doing something wrong on your end.
