I took some art work that I need scanned to print more than 2,000 flat greeting cards. The woman at front desk had no clue so about scanning so she had the owner tell me their scanner doesnt work well with colors. They didnt even let me tell them about my printing needs. Or allow me to ask them about their printing services. They just quickly tried to get me out of their store and referred me to a photo lab (which is NOT what I need) I found a great printing company online that I will continue to use. But they are based on NY. But honestly just came here to try to find a local printer option for my business and support local jobs. I was not impressed. I suggest calling first to see if they can help your printing needs. Its sounds like they are very limited in services and lack the sales skills to ask prospective customers questions to determine actual printing needs.

Minuteman Press designed the logo for our new business and truly surpassed all expectations. Jimmy is such a talented graphic artist its unbelievable! He sent 3 or 4 proofs to choose from and they were all so wonderful it was hard to choose! Not only that, they printed and designed our business cards and gift cards which are just as amazing as the logo design. The quality is always top notch. Between that and their excellent and accommodating customer service theres really no reason to go anywhere else! We are constantly getting compliments on all the work they have done for us and they have given us something to be extremely proud of. Our gratitude and appreciation is endless! Not sure about other prices in the area but any price difference is VERY overshadowed by their customer service, design work, quality, and overall hard work!

I am overjoyed with the service I received from Minuteman Press in Akron. I contacted them last minute with requests to design some glasses for our associates. Lauren was so helpful, pleasant and professional. She followed through on her word with everything she promised. Not only were the glasses done perfectly, the turn around time was awesome. I contacted them in late December to inquire about having them print my wedding invitations, and the very next day I received an email back with a quote that was very affordable. They were extremely easy to work with, and I had complete confidence in them. My wedding invitations came out beautiful, and I am very pleased with their services. We have used Minuteman Press since before I worked at our office (over 3 years) and weve always had excellent service and very quick response times. There was only once incident where the color on a business card was "off" and Parris, the owner, came down to our office (45 minute drive) to pick up the cards and they were replaced within three days. They will research and find whatever it is we need to accommodate us. Lauren is always friendly and very helpful. Great business to work with!

Me and one of my colleagues were fighting the deadline for our yearly report. The deadline was only 2 days away and all the print shops we visited couldn’t print and bind it by then. We needed a Printing Service provider who could do it for us quick. Luckily enough, my mother told me about Minuteman Press. We visited their office and in less than 24 hours, we had our book report ready. Minuteman Press is a very reliable print shop.

My friends and I were searching for a good print shop in Akron, OH. We wanted color printing for our posters. We found Minuteman Press and we were delighted, to say the least, by the service Minuteman Press gave us. The staff were very polite and they really had manners. Next time I need digital printing, I’ll call Minuteman Press without second thoughts.
