When my daughter and I began planning her Florida Gulf Coast "toes in the sand" beach wedding, there were numerous decisions to make---and we lived over 2,000 miles away. After securing the wedding venue (Holiday Inn Resort in Fort Walton Beach) I asked our venues reception representative if he could recommend a wedding coordinator, realizing what a daunting task planning this very special event would be! I knew we definitely needed the guidance of a local wedding event specialist. He didnt hesitate a moment. He told me the "best of the best" was Amber Jeter of Beach Side Ceremonies & Events, a company she and her husband, Travis, own and operate. Amber was truly a godsend. We worked closely with her in the 9 months leading up to our "special day" as she patiently guided us through the monthly calendar checklist of the numerous wedding decisions and vendor hires we needed to make... She began by having us establish our budget amount and was very mindful of it as we proceeded. She listened carefully to myself and my daughter during our phone conversations, made suggestions and offered invaluable advice. She recommended and coordinated the most talented, professional and dependable team of vendors we could have hoped for. Amber even spent time gathering information about other fun events my daughter and her fiance wanted to offer to our guests before and after the day of the wedding and took the time to schedule those activities for us, too. I think the true test of how well your wedding event goes is to have nearly every guest come to you and say "This is the best wedding Ive ever been to"!! We truly feel blessed... Amber and her staff did our beach wedding yesterday and it was amazing! I couldnt wait to rave about how amazing she was! Im not as tired as a usual bride would be because Amber and her staff made things easy and smooth for me, my husband, and our families the day of. She not only met our expectations, but her and her staff exceeded them. If you choose to work with them you will not be disappointed. Please be patient if communication is difficult at the beginning. Amber was my coordinator for 45 days out not the entire planning process. After the initial meeting the communication between us was a little rough, however that did not hinder our event. At times it was a little difficult to get a return call but eventually it did happen. However, 3 weeks from the wedding her and her staff kicked it into high gear and worked so hard to make our event perfect. Communication was great after that. I threw Amber a few curveballs the day off and she took them like a champ and never missed a beat. I literally lost my garders and forgot supplies for communion. Amber got it all for me without any hesitations. She was always two steps ahead of me. Highly, Highly, HIGHLY recommend Amber and her staff. I loved my wedding and the experince. I know things would not have been as good as they were if it werent for Southern Events Studio. Oh, The ceremony and reception setup were so beautiful! Amber and her staff set everything up without needing much instruction, if any at all. Words cannot describe how grateful I am for Southern Events Studios talents. Both my husband and I appreciate and thank Southern Events Studio for everything they did for us.

Where to begin... My experience with Beach side ceremonies was magical. It was the happiest moment of my life and it is all thanks to Amber. I live in Salisbury, MD, but my wedding was in Destin Fl, so you can imagine how hectic it was trying to plan a wedding. I found Beach side Ceremonies by just googling wedding planners, and everyone prior was a nightmare. Not to mention My wedding was so short notice, but When I called Amber and spoke with her she was the sweetest and the most understanding person. I can honestly say she is a miracle worker. She made me feel so special and even though I was all the way in Maryland she still kept me so involved and excited about my wedding. She really works her hardest to make sure everything is perfect. Her whole team was amazing. All of my guests couldnt stop saying how wonderful my wedding was. To be honest words cannot truly express how wonderful everything was. Beach side ceremonies is the absolute best.

Amber and Travis created magic with my daughters vision....they worked endlessly to create the smoothest most beautiful wedding ever! Trust their knowledge and guidance....they know what works and what doesnt....I cant thank them enough for the most beautiful weekend! Budget...a little over....I should have kept a running total as we selected vendors....a destination wedding is difficult when you dont know final count till late in the game...fully understand no need for a lot of early communication as we had weekly conference calls the last 6 weeks....again....trust in their ability to organize and run a beautiful event for you....i cant thank them enough for the hard work and time they put into our event! 5 star recommendation without hesitation!!!
