DO NOT HIRE HER ...CAUTION!! SHE STEALS YOUR MONEY!!! This business lacks professionalism and has left me at a loss for words for what happened. Because of this I have had to cancel my bank card and make other changes due to the untrustworthiness. If I could I wouldnt even give them a one star rating, but I cannot post this without at least one. *** Just so anyone that is even thinking about using this so called business for their wedding, I am copying and pasting my final email on here as a review so that it can be known the difficulty I had with this wedding planner. ******** Brandi, Now that all the wedding festivities are done and my guests have gone home, there are a lot of issues that I would like to talk to you about now because at the time you had asked me, I didn’t feel it was the appropriate moment. My wedding day is not supposed to be the day you ask such things. It is supposed to be a happy and unforgettable day for all the right reasons. Unfortunately, there are some memories I will also take with me that are not really the best. Let me begin with our phone conversations and text messages…..it always seemed as if I was a bothersome to you when I called. A number of times you ignored my calls/text messages and did not get back to me until hours or days later. I understand you have other activities going on, but as an “experienced” coordinator a more formal and adequate schedule should be in place for your clients. Also, let me talk about the payment issues. To make things more convenient not only for me, but also for you, I chose to let you charge me electronically. BIG mistake. Who charges their client twice and then has to reimburse days later? That did not only happen once but TWICE! The second time around was even worse because it was for something we had already paid you for from the very beginning AND you were charging me more……the worst part was that it happened with NO NOTICE. What would have happened if I didn’t have the money in my account? Or worse, what would have happened if I never paid attention? It saddens me to think that not only had I paid for your services, I also trusted you with helping me create and coordinate a magical day for us. I gave you more business by choosing you to do our tablecloths, napkins, flowers, kid’s corner, etc. I was truly disappointed with what our money paid for and that is starting with the bouquets…….never ever did I imagine that my bridesmaids would be walking down the aisle with a stem instead of a beautiful bouquet. What is that? When I saw you drive up to the bridal cottage and noticed that the bouquets that you purchased were like the kind you buy at Kroger/Walmart, my heart literally dropped. If I had paid for flowers to just be bought from a grocery store then I would have done it myself. If it weren’t for loving and understanding family by my side I would have been extremely embarrassed. Then, once I get to the venue, I find out that not everything is set up because my so called coordinator is not there why?...oh because she went to pick up the napkins. Napkins that we had discussed were a part of the table décor. All of this should have already be set and ready to go, but because of your delay, my guests had to wait outside while Sasha, Jayne, and Morgan picked up your slack and helped prepare everything. Last time I checked, a venue owner NEVER does that or should have to do that. Never will I ever recommend you to anyone, never will I ever use your services again. It boggles me that the coordinator who was considered a “beginner” showed more professionalism. In all honest truth, we truly feel we are not only owed our money, but also a well-deserved apology.

WARNING!!!! Brandi Giffith will take your money and you will never hear from Brandi again. You will never see your money again. We paid Mrs.Griffith and signed a contract months before my wedding. Brandi was supposed to set up and take photos for a photobooth at my wedding reception. Brandi never showed. We have made countless attempts to get our money back from Brandi. You disappointed and embarrassed me at my wedding. I really dont know how she has a business of any kind. Brandi Griffith is a FRAUD! I dont know how you sleep at night, Brandi, knowing how many people you have taken advantage of and ran off with their hard earned money.
