Their sense of professionalism balanced with sympathy immediately put the family at ease during a trying time. Mr. James Bass and his staffs attention to detail took the burden of planning off my mother-in-law and wife and allowed them time to process the passing of their mother and grandmother. Als caring and compassionate nature kept me grounded through the ceremony. Many people assumed he was a family friend. Al has a gift for connecting with people and I was so lucky Scott chose him to be our celebrant. Everyone at Emerald Coast Funeral Home went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect.
