Paid to have couch cushion covers "dry cleaned" due to cat urine. Its an expensive couch and didnt want to risk ruining the material by washing it. Came back 2 days later to pick them up and the covers still REEKED of cat piss. The blonde lady at the front told me to let it air out for a few hours as it was the smell of the dry cleaning chemicals... after 4 hours of airing out outside there was still a VERY STRONG cat piss smell. I went back up to talk to the asian guy running the joint and he told me he didnt dry clean the two covers. Merely washed them and let them dry... which I doubt as there was still cat hair on the covers, random crumbs and spill marks, and obviously a pungent smell. The lady at the counter said she didnt smell anything, as did the guy running the place. I had to point out the spots and they said it was the material... service was horribly rude, they charged me over $20.00 to throw the covers in the wash when i asked for dry cleaning... save yourself the headache and find a better place... owner and front desk person was rude and nose blind to bad smells which is obviously bad for a "cleaning company". Extremely rude comments from both the owner and the blonde lady... Again, save your money and go someplace more professional. I really wish I could rate at 0 stars. Half assed work from a half assed company.... will NOT EVER be going back.

I walked into this place looking to get 2 shirts taken in and a pair of slacks cleaned. I needed them done in 24hrs. They took my clothes when 4 other alterations and cleaners had turned me down. My shirts looked Amazing, and my pants were spotless and perfect. I received good, polite, and quality service. I will definitely be back. Ive paid more for shirts to get done in 3 days at other places.

So disappointed with their service. This is the second or third time Ive bought pants back to have them creased. I let them know when I dropped them off to crease the pants. On top of that the pants dont look like they were pressed at all. But the two gentlemen working said it was the best they can do, so Ill be taking my clothes somewhere else. For the price I paid theyre best is not worth it to me.
