The Man Channel
RUINED!!! We are new to town and were looking for a dry cleaners. After reading reviews online my wife decided on FWB Total Laundry Services. Upon her arrival, my wife encountered a very rude young lady that was not at all helpful and ended up charging us for 17 items when we only dropped off 13. When I went in to pick up the dry cleaning I discovered our faux mink throw was ruined because they laundered it instead of dry cleaning it. I left the throw and contacted Management, they said they would look into it and get back to me and never did. My next step will be to lodge a complaint with the BBB.

UPDATED REVIEW Initial interaction led to some confusion about when my clothes would be ready but manager called and made it right. Turns out the confusion was over how the texting notification system works. Throughout my experience with wash and fold and dry cleaning companies, there has never been much difference in the quality of work. They are al using the same machines and processes. Superior customer service should be valued over anything else and these guys have that taken care of. I will definitely use them again.

I went to this store today just because I happened to have my dirty dry cleaning in the back of my car and because I was running errands at Uptown Station...I didnt realize how much better the prices were than what I have been paying every week at a different place. The young man behind the counter was very helpful (and cute) and I will now bring my business to them.

It would be good if it were open ever. Its in a great location, you can get a coffee and do laundry. However they close early and arent open on Sundays. People need to do laundry on the weekend. Come on guys.
