When requested movers to help with unloading uhaul, was sent 2 workers that could not perform the job. The female worker "tapped out " when asked to help move items upstairs which left one guy by himself. As a result of her leaving, the remaining worker allowed a table to fall off the truck due to his frustration. When another worker arrived, they started "attempting" to move larger items into the hs damaging walls and woodwork. They tore a hole in the sofa going upstairs and damaged many other pieces of furniture including a 4 piece entertainment center valued at $4k. There was absolutely no damage to the newly built house prior to their arrival. Numerous attempts have been made to resolve these issues with both the local and regional manager, both stating that these issues are not their responsibility. No paperwork was signed with Labor Finders - Fort Walton however they have threatened to send us to collections if the full amount was not paid.
