I enjoyed visiting the Smyrna branch and all of the staff were very friendly and courteous. Please, dont believe these negative reviews. A majority of them are false and misleading. For example, I know for a fact that they do give raises and continue to do so because I administer them. If a teammate didnt get a raise, it was probably due to thier attitude, attendance, and/or work performance. Does Onin Staffing dock teammates pay rates to $7.25/hour for a teammate that "Walks Off the Job", "Quits Without Notice", or "No Call No Shows"? YES, AND RIGHTFULLY SO!!!! All of the teammates had knowledge of & agreed to this policy before they started working. Onin Staffing is an excellent Staffing Company . They do provide vacation pay and insurance to thier teammates. I also like the fact that they dont refer to applicants as "TEMPS" but instead as "Teammates". Unlike other Staffing agencies, If you show up on time, work hard, and have a positive attitude than you will succeed with this company and eventually get hired on full time.

This is the worst temp agency in America do yourself a favor never go here the policies are designed to screw the employee and make the employer money, they do not care about their employees at all or your money, they never give raises and you have to work for them for a whole year before you even get holiday pay do yourself a favor go somewhere else, this is Nashville there are plenty of good temp agencies in good companies do not go to them ever, if youre trying to work at Nissan go to Yates temporary service, just be prepared for a hair follicle test that goes back 3 months

Dont work for this company they will tell you that you are a no call no show and pay you 7.25 an hour and they dont care, you can call or go there and all they will say we are working on it. DONT TRUST ALEXIS SHE WILL LIE.....

Called concerning some wrong things that were done with my daughter at Nissan the woman literally laughed. They did get her a job fast but they could care less about their employees.

Horrible company,they do not care about their employees and shove you into a job with barely any training. Would not recommend getting a job through this company to anyone at all.

Theyre a ok agency the only problem i have with them is that they only hire for nissan so if you already worked out at nissan your not gonna get anywhere with them
