lied and told me that this was going to cost 55 dollars.. And jacked up the price once they got to my car. The whole point is that you are taking advantage because once I have been waiting to get into my car for so long, I am too desperate to refuse your "help" once you arrive. So jacking up the price from what you told me BEFORE I asked you to come is taking advantage and not cool. Furthermore, the manage did not try to fix it over the phone when I called to discuss the situation. All he did was shout the elevated price over and over again when I told him that this is not what he originally quoted. So yes I was upset because I was desperate and felt conned. completely unprofessional. Of course they lied and told me I heard incorrectly. I had no choice but to pay what they asked for as I desperately needed to get in my car which was still running. I hate being taken advantage of. Please call another company if you are locked out of your car. There is no way that all of these positive reviews are real. I dont want anyone else to be taken advantage of by them.

From my initial call to the office your company has exceeded my expectations. I needed to have my home re-keyed. I was told that a technician would call me in 10-15 minutes and under 10 minutes I received a return call. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He quoted me a fair price and was not pushy. I did call several other locksmiths after that to shop. They were no where near as helpful or friendly. I called back to your tech he said he would be at my home in one hour. He was on time and very polite and presentable. He shared with me what he would be doing as well as explained again the cost and was quite helpful. He even tolerated my teenage son who was fascinated with what he was doing and asked a million questions. He completed the job quickly and left the space that he worked in as he found it, clean. Thank you for such a professional job that was very reasonable in price!

I cant say enough good things about Be Secure Locksmith!!! I had called several other Gainesville locksmiths after locking myself out of the house prior to calling this company, and I was told that due to the lock mechanism of my front door it was going to be very challenging/difficult and potentially impossible to get it unlocked. However when I called Mike Malone from Be Secure Locksmith he assured me that there were several options that could be tried and that he could be there within 15 min. Needless to say, he came out to my home on very short notice in the rain (and arrived within minutes), was extremely professional and courteous, and was able to get my door unlocked without a hitch. I couldnt be any more thankful. Overall he provided excellent service, and I will never use anyone else but Be Secure Locksmith for my locksmith needs!

Amazing service! We had an emergency situation last night (my 2 yr old locked herself inside the house). The locksmith (I think his name was Bill) was there within 30 minutes of my call. Service was fast and friendly. Upon being reunited with my daughter, Bill informed me that in the event that a child is locked in a vehicle, their services are free. He said "Our company cares more about the safety and well being of the children in our community than any kind of profit" as far as he was concerned a child being locked by herself inside a house was just as dangerous as a vehicle. He wished me well and charged me NOTHING. I cannot recommend this service enough. They are doing such a wonderful thing for the community.

I called and informed them that I only had $40 but needed my door opened and he said hed send someone over & it would be no problem. The technician arrived fairly quickly and everything was going great but while he was picking the lock he proceeded to telling me a story about previous customers that were "drunk overweight women" whose clothes looked like they were "painted on" and that made me very uncomfortable. After we got inside the house he jacked up the price to $75 so now my account is over drafted. Classic bait & switched. Really unprofessional behavior, you should NEVER talk about a previous customer/WOMAN in a derogatory way to a NEW customer.

Im standing outside of Publix as I type this, locked out of my car and RELIEVED to know that Mr. Bill is on the way to save the day! About a month ago I locked my keys in my car and I called this number. A few minutes after calling, I received a phone call from the friendliest voice (Bill) saying he was on his way. When he got there he was very talkative, friendly and got the job done quickly for a good price. I just got a call from him again and I immediately recognized his voice. This place is the best all around, great price, great locksmiths, quick service.

I just moved into Gainesville a week ago to start my master degree. To add to the already stressful situation I have locked myself out of my apartment. I called number of locksmiths in Gainesville but Be Secure Locksmith were the only locksmith service that was kind enough to listen to my situation and assure me their tech will be at my location in 20 minutes. To my surprise the locksmith tech got to my place really fast, and got me back into my apartment in no time. If you are a student like me and in need of fast locksmith service, I highly recommend them.

I lost my keys and couldnt get into my house. I called Be Secure Locksmith and right away scheduled them to be at my house within the hour. The total process of unlocking my door and creating 2 new keys for me took only 10 minutes to say the least. The service was exceptional and very friendly. After the first five or so calls I made to locksmiths in Gainesville to get quotes for changing our business locks, BE SECURE LOCKSMITH was the only one to tell me I did not need to change the entire lock but just have them re-key it. This saved us a decent amount of money and proved they are trustworthy. The gentleman who did the work, Netta was incredibly friendly, quick and professional. So fast ! A life saver! I live an hour away from Gainesville so when I locked my keys in my car at the Oaks Mall, it wasnt easy to have my husband come rescue me with an extra set. I was petrified.
