Call first! Got there and had to inquire at the auto body place next door. Gal gave me the locksmiths card and said if I called theyd tell me when theyd be back from out in the field. I called, man answered quite grumpily. I said ideas looking to get a key made and was told to call and see when theyd be back and the man said "Im at lunch, so Ill be back later" in a way that made me go find a different locksmith. I dont know how good of work they do, but their customer service is lacking.

Great job indeed! Found this place through the recommendation of the lock guy in Home Depot. LSS, my car got a bad aftermarket alarm, and kept going off by itself. Brought to TP, asking 2 hrs and a ridiculous price to remove it. Brought to here, took only 45 min and a very reasonably price. As of Dec. 2016, I will definitely recommend this place to others having any lock/key/alarm-related auto problems.

Was able to cut my Honda Fit key, no other place (Home Depot, Lowes, Ace Hardware, etc.) would cut it. Did a great job very reasonable price and friendly staff.
