Called to schedule a site visit to get quote earlier in the day with no problem. I conveyed the situation and was told they could & would take care of it. I left work early to meet the tech at the property only to be told by the evening supervisor that they could not help me due to it being late in the evening (6pm). I am annoyed that I wasted my time speaking with this company. Can I find a stand up company? This company now gives a highly inaccurate rebuttal. The squatters had already been removed by the sheriff and were off the property (all of this information was explained to the rep that received my call). Everything was proper! I reached out to this company for their assistance in securing the property, however I received substandard customer service.I repeat, I EXPLAINED the situation in full detail and the services I required to the customer service rep early in the day. I kept nothing from the rep during the scheduling of service. I was annoyed that I left work early to meet their tech at the agreeded upon time but only to find no one from AAA Locksmith. I simple phone call to convey they would not accept the job or clarification to any question/ concelens would have been reasonable. I was a phone call away. There was a communication breakdown in this service request...the failure occurred with AAA Loxksmith.

Just got off phone with Michelle. Informed her I would never use her them again and relate this story. I have given them $1000s of dollars in business in Real Estate over last few years. The replace locks on building for me 2 months ago and the lock is now broken. I called to have someone look out, she told me I would have to pay. I suggested the tech look at if first; she was to call me back. I called back the next day; she told me since I would agree UP FRONT to pay; she actually made no effort to call back. I suggested the tech look at the issue first and we talk about it then as 2 business people. I also informed her if I had to pay with not discussion, that I would never give them business again. Michelle said this was what she wanted $90 up front to send a tech (via credit card number) to fix problem they probably caused over future business. In other words, this company wants money not customers; you decide if you want to use them.

EXCELLENT - I called AAA as they had recommended them before, i was surprise of how fast and nice everyone was. I was very frustrated because i needed to go to work and did not want to sit in my house trying to figure out when will they come. They understood I had a tight schedule and told me they will accommodate so i did not have to worry. So happy Orlando - the person coming to do the job- kept in touch with me to make sure i did not loose it . The personalized service is what gives them 5 stars! Definitely will continue to use them in the future!

South Florida has hundreds if not thousands of locksmiths walking around and many could say themselves they are "the best", but most likely you wont recommend them at all. AAA Miami is one of the few (if I count with my fingers, I wont even use a whole hand), that I personally will recommend with out a doubt. They are in the elite of the real BEST. Great job guys, keep doing it.

Best locksmith in town. Knowledgeable, legit, clean and reliable. Good prices. Always available. They installed my high security locks, hi-def cameras, and access keypads in two days. It has been a more two years and everything works flawlessly. I have been using them for the past 7 years and recommend them 100%.

Not your average locksmith. I have used them for everything from opening a locked door, to rekeying locks to installing safes. I have a personal concierge business and I use them both personally and for my clients. I cant say enough about their service and professionalism. I would never use another locksmith.
