I bought brand new jeans, (3 pairs) for my daughters. My husband took the girls and the jeans to the cleaners for alterations. The lady expressed that she did not do any measuring, so my husband measured 27 inches in length for all three jeans. My daughters are exactly the same height. My husband and I picked up the jeans and I noticed a fearful glance from the woman when I was looking at the jeans, now I know why. The jeans were 25 inches in length and on 2 of the 3 pairs of jeans, one leg of the jeans were shorter than the other leg of the jeans. They need to remove the word, "Alterations" on the front of their business because they do not know what they are doing. The worst alterations ever! Three pairs of brand new jeans, that now I will make into summer shorts. What really makes me mad, is the lady knew she messed up and just kept her mouth shut. I will never give any of my business to a place who operates like this. Can you imagine if you had any of your dry cleaning items destroyed, they would probably just keep their mouth shut too. Bad business!

Was not happy this was only choice when moved to area several years ago but very happy over the years with quick service, friendly atmosphere of staff. If they cant clean it, theyll let you know. Other options now open closer to me but still choose to drive the extra miles to use this establishment.

If I could rate less than one star I would. The service is horrible, staff is rude and unprofessional. Please stay away from this place!
