I have gone to koin kleen laundry since I was a child and for the first time in my life me and my family were told to leave. An employee named Ray told us that we had to leave because the baby was disturbing him. He also told us that children were not allowed there. He also said that if the baby kept moving around he was going to call the cops. And he said that his Manager said to not bring children there anymore. He also said that we werent allowed to go to any other laundry thats around Haines city area. Love this place, we have been going for almost 6 years but I have one thing that really bothers me, it happened to me again today and always on Friday. This one lady thinks she can save dryers, if you use one she wants she does nothing but talk faul, her mouth is horrible, she is dirty goes to everyone one in there talking about and loud enough so you can hear her. You need to put signs up NO SAVING DRYERS. Your place is so clean, cool and Sondra is very good.

First and last time I use koin kleen laundromat! Asian employee was extremely rude and very unfriendly. Definitely didnt receive a warm welcome to this site. You definitely should consider having employees with much more hospitality skills than strong supervising stare downs. Washed what was loaded and took the rest to another location to dry. Wont be feeling uncomfortable while doing my laundry.

Very clean. When I arrived there were a lot of people. I was afraid I would have to wait. I was very happy to find they had a lot of machines. I was able to zip in and right back out. Yeah

Cleanest laundromat in Haines city. Super convenient with all the front row parking and automatic door makin it easy to walk in with a bunch of clothes
