Amazing!! My car was broken on a Tuesday morning. Had it towed in the afternoon around 4. I was going to my Goodyear ( still great folks there, too) but the tow truck driver said I should really check out Johnnys-local, privately owned, great mechanics, quality work for less than a "big name" is what the driver touted). I was dubious, but decided that if youre bad in a small town, everyone knows. Called the owner,Brian, and he seemed like a straight shooter, so I gave it a shot. Even though I was really a fan of my Goodyear. The next day is the day before Thanksgiving, so obviously, its not get to get done for awhile, right? Wrong! They said they could get it to me the day after Thanksgiving. Im bummed, but completely get it. The holiday, getting parts, the labor for a new fuel pump...sucks but thats life. I made plans for rides, etc. HOWEVER...the great folks at Johnnys made a special trip to Daytona, got the part, fixed my car and it was done by 4:30 the next day!!! Who does that nowadays?!? They said they didnt want to leave me stranded and they said the holidays can mess delivery up and I might not have had my car until the next Monday since they cant control when the part might come in. Wow! I am so impressed. I loved my Goodyear, but this kind of service and good business practice cannot be denied.I will be getting ALL of my service here. That is just plain human kindness. I have some other things that need to be fixed, and all of my oil changes will go to Johnnys, no doubt. I found out after I sent my car there that some good friends were avid customers, and were shocked I had never heard of them before. I cant say enough kind words about this locally owned business. Happy Thanksgiving to the good people at Johnnys. Your good deeds will come back to you. As will your customers!

I live in the Loughman area and needed a good mechanic. I found myself needing a front-end alignment and tire rotation. I looked on Google and found this place. It was early Saturday morning. Based on the really good reviews, I decided to go there. Once I arrived, I was told by the front desk clerk that their other two alignment techs were both off today and wouldnt be back until Monday. I mentioned to Ramon that I had driven a bit of a distance due to the good reviews. He told me that if I was willing to wait, he would do the rotation and alignment himself but he had to help customers as well and would work me in. Since I was already there, I agreed. The waiting area is nice and spacious. There was plenty of seating inside and covered seating outside. I had my iPhone and my earbuds, so I sat down for the long haul. However, even though there were already plenty of other customers there as well, my cars service was completed in 1.5 hours. I had time to catch up on my mail, read on my phone, and listen to music as well. When it came time to pay the bill, Ramon told me he wouldnt charge me for the tire rotation since I had to wait so long. I feel that finding a good automotive place is sometimes just as frustrating in similarity to my wife trying to find a good hairdresser. However, I think Ive found my new mechanics! Just a note: better give them a call about their hours before you go. Both their own website and google report different hours and neither is correct.

STOP LOOKING AND TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. SERIOUSLY! I usually do not write online reviews, but here is my story. My car was losing oil badly. I took it to the dealership and they charged me a lot of money and didnt fix the problem. I then took it to another local shop I liked. They couldnt figure it out either. After reading online reviews I took my vehicle to Johnnys. Their shop is clean and staff is very professional. They ended up having to replace the motor (figured that would happen), but they did it for less than others had quoted me for the same job. Also, they care about quality. The first motor they got had an issue they discovered during testing it and they didnt like the sound it made so THEY PUT YET ANOTHER MOTOR IN IT. Not only were they less than their competition, but they really cared about quality and the customer. I just took the vehicle for a 3,000 mile road trip and it was great. When I left I dropped off my wifes vehicle and they did a ton of work on it at a great price and they had it waiting for me when I got back into town. It is now running as good as new. I will never go anywhere else.

My first day in there shop was Oct.5th,2016 for a break job, nest day my van breaks down on I-4 at 3:45pm when its bumper to bumper, everyone on I-4 going West due to storm Andrew , no one wanted to tow me, Ins. co. called the shop when they were closing and they said due to that I was there customer that they would tow me, they were there in 45 min. They took me to my front door. Next day they call and told me that my Ins. already paid them and that they will take care of all the needs and that it should be done in a week. 5-stars for me. Im 60 years old and this is my first review of any kind and its all Good. One week later I got my car back, and let me tell you that the owner did so much extra on my car making sure that my car was safe, over $300.00 in parts and work and did not let me pay my deductible.

It is not often that you can find an automotive location that has it ALL, but that is exactly what Johnnys automotive provides. They have the friendliest, most knowledgeable and honest employees in the business. From the moment that you walk in, you will be greeted by friendly people and the shop is gorgeous and comfortable. They are quick to diagnose your vehicle and provide you with all of the information that you would need to get it fixed quickly. They are super reasonable and will provide you with honest problems with your vehicle. My husband and I have found a home at Johnnys automotive and really appreciate all that they have done to help us get our vehicles fixed up and back on the road. You will not regret your choice! What a pleasant experience. I was first impressed by the fact that they seem to do a great job at managing their day to day. Shows organization as well as not burning out the staff. Also just the friendly comfortable atmosphere. I sat in the couch and let me tell you its amazing. It might look a bit rough but Im hoping they keep it too me adds to the character of the lobby. But even if they replace the couch Johnnys is still the place to go. They engage with the Customers in casual conversation and more importantly do some great work. They corrected a diagnosis I had from another shop and what I thought would be breaks all around turned out just to be the front. Big thanks to Johnnys for running a great shop!
