Halfway through a nearly six hour drive, my car broke down seemingly in the middle of nowhere and AAA had it towed to this shop. Not knowing the area or anyone who lived there, I wasnt sure what I was going to get - but the staff here was so accommodating, even when I couldnt pick up my vehicle for over a week after it was finished. They really went above and beyond with their customer service, and the woman at the desk was so friendly. They turned what was kind of a traumatic experience (breaking down alone on the side of the road in unfamiliar territory) into one as pleasant at it probably could be under the circumstances. They were honest and fair, and never once did I feel as though I was being taken advantage of or misled in any way. If Im ever in the area again, or know anyone who is, I would take my car here again and would definitely recommend that others take their vehicle here for service.

Very honest, dont try to upsell you. As a woman I really appreciate this because I dont know much about cars and I always feel like Im at their mercy. I went into the shop with a nail in the side wall of my tire which was only about a year and a half old. They didnt sell that particular brand of tire. I asked if I needed to buy two matching tires for the rear or I could just replace one. They couldve taken advantage but they didnt. They installed one reasonably priced tire and all is well!

The staff at the Goodyear, in Haines City, Florida is excellent. They are friendly and explain things in a manner easy to understand. The wait time was appropriate for the work done. The waiting area is always very clean and has a TV and coffee maker. John always takes good care of me. The bill was very fair, good maintenance and quality workmanship can cost a little more, but in the long run its a good value.

I needed to call at the Goodyear Service Center, Haines City on 09/18/2016 to get a slow puncture fixed on my hired SUV. I was on vacation from Northern Ireland with my family and was truly delighted with the exceptional customer service provided by Frederico and the Centers reception staff. I highly recommend this Center to anyone looking for a fast, efficient and friendly tire service.

made appointment on line and according to the on line confirmation it would take 3 hours, was kind of bummed, but in reality they were done in less than an hour with tire rotation, balance and oil change. easy to get to from house so I guess this will be my new place to have my vehicles worked on.

Have attempted to schedule a tire rotation for 3 weeks. They are always too busy and understaffed. Finally I was able to schedule an appointment a week out. I show up and they immediately tell me they are behind. Customer service is horrible.
