I had my Escape diagnosed and repaired at the Haines City, FL location. This was done by Dana. I received excellent customer service with a diagnosis completed in less than a half hour. Dana showed me exactly what was wrong and what needed to be replaced. The check engine code came up as O2 sensor. He traced the wiring back to the alternator and found that the wiring harness was worn, burned and stripped in different locations. I am very happy with the service and repair. I will be going back for all of my repairs and maintenance in the future. I hope that the company will recognize Danas service and compliment him on it.

HAD MY CLUTCH GO OUT TOWED CAR TO BE REPAIRED AT TUFFY -THEY CHANGED THE CLUTCH AND FLYWHEEL - AND THEN DRIVING DOWN THE ROAD THE CAR WONT GO PAST 25 MPH ,CAME BACK TO SHOP AND THEY SAID THE THROW OUT BEARING ON A NEW CLUTCH WENT OUT AND CHARGED ME ANOTHER $500 TO CHANGE -THEN THE TOLD ME THEY SHIMMED THE FLYWHEEL CAUSE IT WAS A RACING FLYWHEEL - TOOK CAR TO ANOTHER SHOP AND HAD IT CHECKED - MECHANIC TOLD ME THAT THERE WERE NO SHIMS AND THE THROWOUT BEARING WAS IMPROPERLY INSTALLED .THEY CHARGED ME TWICE FOR A REPAIR THEY DID AND THE MISTAKE THEY MADE - NEVER WILL I GO BACK TO THERE

Car was having problems starting. Took it to tuffy, They said it was the alternator and it would be $600 to repair. Didnt have that kind of money. Took it to a local business that we have had great experience with saying we would only have to pay him $145 to replace the alternator. Got a call the next day for the guy and he asked why we wanted to alternator replaced it was fine, it was just the battery that was the problem. So got all that replaced for only $165 battery and labor. TUFFY IS A RIP OFF STORE! they always try to charge you for things that arent even broken.

We stopped in with a tire problem. The employees were very nice. Only had the car for a short time. Check it out for me and said it just needed air. They inflated all the tires to the correct amount of air. Then when I went to pay they said since it was just air they didnt charge me. I took up their time and they treated me nice and didnt take any money. I will definitely return when I need work. Thank you to all the employess of our Tuffys of Haines City.

I needed an oil change and since I am retired i didnt make an appointment. I took my car in the morning and was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. They were very professional, knowledgeable and polite. I had a coupon for an oil change, tire rotation and new wiper blades. They also checked the tire pressure and fluid levels. I was done in about 45 minutes. I will continue to go there and highly recommend them to family and friends.

The WORST repair shop we have ever been too. They do NOT know how to communicate effectively, write down exactly what is wrong with the car, STILL charge you full price after they have messed up numerous times and did not check all diagnostics properly. Let you leave with a car that is UNSAFE to drive. WILL NOT recommend this place to anyone in the Haines City area. USELESS! It deserves ZERO stars!

I went to Tuffy Tire & Auto Service Center for a tire repair. The staff were professional, knowledgable, and friendly. They were very thorough in their work and explained everything to me so that I could understand. I would definitely recommend them and would go there again. :) :) :)

Needed an oil change and just showed up without an appointment. They acknowledged me as soon as I walked in and a few minutes later they took my ordered. They were prompt, courteous, professional and I will definitely will be going back to service my vehicles there.

had a coupon for an oil change and tire rotation. Made appointment for an early morning weekday=retired. Started on car at appointment time and finished in half an hour. People start to come in and drop cars off so best to have an appointment. Service was fine.

This place is a rip off. Dont leave anything valuable in your car because Mike and Steve will steal it. They recommend stuff that isnt even broke and they dont know how to properly put the right amount of oil back in a car after they do an oil change.

Always friendly, awesome people to deal with. Service is efficient, work done explained in detail. I live in Miami but when visiting family in the area I schedule service here as I know it will result in a job well done. Highly recommended!
