Got my car towed in there yesterday. They charged me max price for the diagnostic. Had a fuel pump issue and needed to get it replaced. He wanted to charge me 900 dollars. The fuel pump cost about 400 bucks including tax at OReilly auto. That type of pump in numerous places was around 300-400 bucks. So including the diagnostic it would have cost me a grand. Even the dealer doesnt charge that much. Be careful with this place. He is very customer friendly, but not fair in pricing for all things. He may have thought I didnt have a clue about it. Thankfully the internet helps weed out the bad ones. Also hear they write their own reviews. Again...if you are reading this: Be very careful. Oh and he never had the courtesy to call me back. Such a convincing person though. Tread carefully. I cant stress that enough. Edit: Eric, why would I make something like this up? You tried to take me for a fool, and when I called your price out, you didnt even have the nerve to call me personally like you said you would. I wont be trying to call you again either, Eric. I know you will just hide away in the bathroom if I actually did. God forbid I drive down there. You would probably leave out the back door. Calling me a liar is juvenile and cheap. You know what you wanted to do. You wanted to cheat me out of money because you thought I wasnt savvy with cars, but I educated myself Eric. It didnt take a rocket scientist to figure out you and your team were (and still are) full of it. Shame on you. Also why else would I decide to have my car towed again? Obviously it was better than paying your insane price. Explain that one, smart guy. Edit: 7-19-17 Its funny how hard you are trying to save face here. Clearly you have a guilty conscience on our transaction, because you keep revisiting this old post. Perhaps if you wanted to be fair and honest about 3 years ago then I would take you up on your offer to come see you. However I handled the problem myself already. There is no reason to ever have to deal with you or rad air ever again. Bottom line you charged me almost 100 dollars for a diagnostic that I already knew about. I already told you the problem, yet you werent happy with that. You still felt the need to charge me for a diagnostic I already did for you. Then your team managed to get debris in and around the fuel tank when you did your top notch inspection. Then You decide to try to overcharge me for the part and labor. Which by the way can be done in about 30 minutes or less with all the right tools at your disposal. You wanted one thousand dollars from me, but you didnt get it. You got 100 dollars unfortunately. That money came and gone in your life, but for me it is more than that. It is a lesson to never again fall victim to people like you. Also, no you didnt directly call me a fool or a liar, but you treated me like a fool, and try to brand me as a liar without stating it. Saying things didnt happen the way I recall. Believe me Eric if a thousand bucks is involved in a situation, I will remember every single little detail to a fine and accurate point. Good luck on your next scam.

I see from reviews that customer service is usually great, so I was a little surprised by my unfortunate experience. I tried to work well ahead to ensure I got timely service, first by scheduling an appointment almost a week in advance for 8 am on a Monday. I was the first person in the door at 8 am and after giving all the information they needed I asked how long it would take for my service to be done. I was assured it would only take a few hours. I offered that if one of my services would hold it up to not worry about that one today because it wasnt as urgent. Still assured it would be done. Apparently the part they were waiting on was taking too long but I never got a curtesy call to let me know that it would take over 8 hours for my car to be done (more than twice what was estimated). I had to call in at the last minute to see if they forgot about me. I called in and asked if I could take a loaner car to be on time for my appointment. I was told there were no cars (though when I got there, there was a loaner car sitting in the parking lot). When I called they said I still had 30 minutes left. What made it even worse was I didnt get any apology for the whole ordeal. Thankfully they did expedite my service once I got there, but unfortunately I ended up having to cancel with my client I was supposed to meet since there was no way I would make it in time. I trust that this was just one bad experience, but a lesson learned.

I have been going to RadAir in Garfield Hts for over 10 years and Eric has always helped me and my family with our vehicle needs. He and his staff always explain to me what I need and dont need. They give you loaners and always test drive your vehicle after they complete it to make sure the problem is fixed. I used to say that they were too expensive but I realized that sometimes you pay a little extra to make sure its done correctly the first time. You get what you pay for. I always tell the customers in the store as I am picking up- my vehicle that if Eric says you need it then you must need it. He is the most honest car repairman I know. I have a 2007 Infiniti QX56 and I would never take my truck to anyone else... great group of guys in Garfield Hts.

Have to say the most important thing to me is prompt service and thats what Eric and his crew provide. I had my 2001 chevy tahoe serviced and they told me what was needed to get me back up and running. Did a excellent job will refer them to anyone needing auto repairs. I know my tahoe still needs some love and will bring to RadAir for future repairs. A+ in customer service and warranties..

Eric and his guys were great when I really needed help! They came and got my car at my house since I was having a hard time getting the spare tire on, drove it up to the shop, and got me back on the road the same day! They even brought the car back for me! I will always take my cars to RadAir from now on.

Great service. I know my truck is going to get fixed right. Very timely service. If you call ahead and make an appointment they will have you in and out very quickly. But for me knowing that the repair is going to get fixed the first time is whats most important to me.

If you want your car to be worked on the right you want to go to radair in Garfield and the people there are the tops you wont find no other people that will tell you the truth about your car these people are really the cats meow
