Service was ok, besides trying to oversell me on other services. They did overcharge me quite a bit for an alternator and battery ($359 for alternator, $138 for labor; $120 for a battery to replace my perfectly fine, and $10 labor). This repair was for a 2003 Ford Focus, nothing special. I am not that much of a car person but I have to call BS on that price. Oh ya, the reason I went to this mechanic in the first place is because its the only mechanic I know of that was open on weekends. I brought it in on friday, and without telling me initially, he could not repair it until monday. Bad scheduling and horrible prices. Look somewhere else, even if they are open on weekends.

After my regular mechanic told me, very snippily, that he was too busy to service my car, I stopped in here in the middle of a busy Friday afternoon. The hood of my car was stuck shut, and I was out of windshield wiper fluid- a dangerous situation in the Ohio winter. I waited about 5 minutes before a friendly tech came out and solved my problem, and I wasnt charged a dime. It took about 30 seconds to fix. Since then Ive made it a habit to have my car serviced here and Ive never been dissapointed. Theyre fast, theyre affordable, and the folk who work there actually seem to enjoy their work- a rare find these days.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Rick is the nastiest, rudest person I have ever met. He should not be talking to customers at all. I have been going there for years but I will not be going back to that location after my experience.

Worst customer service ever. Do not go here if you want your car fixed, they overcharge for a 2 hour job that took them 2 and a half days to complete. And still cant fix anything.
