Listen, I never review business, I give benefit of the doubt to a lot of things. Actually, earlier this year I got my vehicle fixed (paid over $2000) and it was running smoothly. Last week, it starting acting up again so I took them to the place that seemed reliable since they did a good job last time I was there (talking about the Haines City location). They were quick to say it was an ignition problem, charged $350, got the job done in 2 hours and sent me home with a "fixed" car. Needless to say, the next day the car had the same problem. Unfortunately, it was the weekend, I had to go to my job. Today, I went there to see what was going on and why I paid $350 for something that didnt fix the problem Id walked in with and I was completely blown off! As a matter of fact, the man at the counter did not let me finish my questions, too many people around getting their car fixed, they cannot have them hear that they didnt get the job done. I am livid! The man in the counter would only give me one answer "I wasnt the one who fixed it, I cant help you." WELL, FIND THE PERSON WHO FIXED IT AND ASK!!!!!! I asked where this person was and he shrugged and said "Hes not here." And just like that, I was sent home with a new bill of $1300 and a broken car. How incompetent!! Fix your costumer service, hire knowledgeable mechanics, or at least some that will admit to their mistakes and fixes them, not ones that send you home when you bring up a valid point. And please hire friendlier people to man the front counter, for goodness sake.

This is the worst place to have your car worked on. My daughter took her car to have two tire put on the front and told the guy to put the new tire on the front and take one of the old tire from the front and put it on the passenger rear. Well today my daughter was on I-75 and got a blow out on the rear passenger tire. Which is the one they said they changed but never did. The reason I knew they did not change it is because When I went to see her that tire which had a ripe on the sidewall was still on it. Now to top it off she left the car there at 10am on a Saturday and was told to return in 3 hours to pick it up. Which is 1Pm. And when she arrived at 1Pm The place was locked up and her car was inside the building. No number on the building to call. Good thing my daughter knew the old owner of the business. and was able to reach him. He gave us the new owners phone number . Thank GOD my daughter was able to control the car when she got the blow out. These types of business need to go.

These people are decent but lack experience in fixing problems I went to have my A/C fixed and the first time it was fuses, second was a hole in my hose, third time a blockage, fourth time was another issue and still doesnt work. Worst experience ever being in Florida and A/C not working especially being summer time their specialty are TIRES if you have other issues I would not advise you to go to them.

Cannot thank Mike and the team at S&S for being so helpful to my daughter. A long way from home and the family mechanic, these folks made a horrible situation bearable! Not only does her car run "better than she can remember", she felt safe and comfortable at the shop. Honest and efficient mechanics!!! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.Thanks again!!!

Mike is the man to see at S & S. Always readily available, he can be counted on to give the customer the straight skinny and to save her or him money. If he cant fix ones vehicle, hell refer him or her to someone who might be able to do the job at a good price.

I was fleeing hurricane Matthew and blew a tire on my fifth wheel they fixed it and I was back on road in 30 minutes. Plus they checked my other tires.

Went for a simple oil change, mechanic spilled oil on the Serpentine belt and it broke apart. Notified S&S they refused to replace a $30 part.
