If I could give less than a star I would. First time I came in I waited 40 min to get my nails started. Then my nail tech had to see a walk in and leave me halfway through even though I had an appointment. Instruments are not heat sterilized. I went back once more for an 11am appointment and stayed waiting over an hour. Ended up walking out. Bonus they still werent ready for me and never addressed me, they only spoke with my mother the whole time I was there because they said I looked young.

I never reccommend this place to anyone. I called and they said a specific price, when i got there and did my keratin, i paid a completely different price which i almost couldnt pay it but thank god i could. The staff arent very friendly and the service isnt good at all. I did a kerarin . all my hairs are broken and my hair is damaged. I will never come to this salon EVER EVER AGAIN!

PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS PLACE. IF YOU ASK FOR A HAIR CUT STYLE (IN MY CASE ANGLE BOB), DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT!!! THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO DO IT. I ASKED FOR IT, AND THE OLD LADY CUT MY HAIR INCREDIBLE WRONG, AND LET MY HAIR VERY SHORT,THAT COUDNT BE FIXED. I NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE NEVER EVER!!!!!!!!!!!

Very professional staff. Owner Carla is amazing. She always makes sure her clients are very well taken care of and leave satisfied . She always accommodates her clients when its time to schedule their appts. Lily, my hairdresser is awesome. I highly recommend this place.
