I was not happy with the salon. The decor was very pretty and the women that worked there were very nice but my salonist was horrible and certainly not worth the price. With tip I paid $400.00 for highlights and a cut. I took 15 minutes to explain why I didnt want a toner. NO TONER. So after sitting for over an hour and a half to foil the whole head, she rinsed it out, I looked and I loved the blonde contrast. She shampooed me and left what I thought was a conditioner. After going back to chair and removing the towel----where did my pretty blonde highlights go? She used a TONER and now my hair looked mouse brown. HORRIBLE!!!!! Now, she didnt have time to fix it. So I had to come back in a week? WHAT!? Waited a week and walked around with my brown stain hair. I sat in the chair and she put a few a foiling top of my head...in 20 minutes she has rinsing and I was done. WHAT? I paid for a full head of highlights but got a crown highlight. Then she acted like she was doing ME a favor when she said "I wont charge you for today." Are you kidding me,you should be paying me. On my way home I stopped at CVS and bought a boxed hairlighting kit and finished what she couldnt. My hair looked great! $400.00 absolute waste. Would never recommend this place or go again

I live in the UK. I spent 6 weeks in Vero Beach in April/May this year. I looked for a good Salon to do my nails and found it impossible, I then went to Ocean side and there was Studio Gabriel. I made an appointment for a week later, I was very unsure as never had my nails done other than in the UK. I need not have worried at all, the lady who did my nails was called Margie, she was very professional and did my nails better than i have ever had them don. I had a full Shellac manicure and she was so quick. I would recommend her to all you ladies out there and believe me i do not do this on a regular basic as i am very fussy. Thank you Margie and i will see you again in October. By the way this is from Kathleen Lowman NOT Paul he is my husband and iam using his google account.

I have never personally had a service done at studio gabriel however i was going to school to become an esthetician and i was calling around to different studios to get my foot in the door. I spoke to the owner and asked if i could work as an receptionist or shadow another esthetician you know so i could get the hang of things and get some out side training other than school. She proceded to tell me that she would NEVER take someone who just got out of school who didnt know ANYTHING because her clients are use to getting facials all around the world and she will not SUBJECT her clients to that! yeah a simple.. im sorry we are not hiring right now would of done the job! I mean HOW RUDE

I went in for an eyebrow wax and I was a little nervous. I dont have the best eyebrows and I havent been able to find someone who can shape them the way I like. Im also on Differin for acne treatment which makes my skin sensitive. So when I get my eyebrows waxed they usually pull the skin up with it and I scab. When I walked into Studio Gabriel, the staff was so welcoming and nice. And the place was beautifully decorated and cute! The esthetician listened to me first and discussed what she wanted to do to make sure I agreed. She was careful and took her time and used powder to keep me from ripping the skin off. I LOVED my eyebrows for the first time ever! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

My experience was very different than the others. I got my first infection every in 40 years from a pedicure I had done there. I was so surprised because it seemed like such a nice place. I thought management would be horrified when I told them the news and showed them the antibiotics I was taking. I was booked for several more months of appointments. Instead they totally ignored me. Offered no concern or reparation. Beware of this place. You take health chances and lack of customer care at this establishment. Anita

BEAUTIFUL Salon!! The staff was very knowledgeable/friendly and went out of their way to make my visit one to remember. The owner herself gave us a tour of the salon/spa and felt very welcomed. My husband had a massage and pedicure. I had a facial and pedicure. Studio Gabriel has an awesome boutique with lots of stylish clothes and jewelry. We cant wait to go back!!

I love my time at Studio.... I am always treated as if I was the ONLY customer...treated with professionalism, friendly. Twice I have had a last minute problem with my apptments. I have never seen such sense of urgency, from any company, to solve my problem to work within my limited schedule. Where do you get this kind of caring and service in this day and age?

I had my hair colored at this Salon for the first time and was very happy with my experience there. All of the other Stylist were very friendly and made me feel right at home. I was offered refreshments several times and felt very catered to during this visit. I would highly recommend this Salon to my friends and relatives. A truly unique experience.

I recently got a bad color and cut at Studio Gabriel. The stylist refused to correct the color and the manager told me it was my fault for not insisting the stylist fix it. Then the manager told me they would do nothing to correct or refund partial payment. I will never return (needless to say!). Buyer beware! These folks are VERY unprofessional!

I find the salon to be an uplifting place to be for any service you require. It is bright and clean, all of the professional staff are friendly and helpful.. I went to Studio Gabriel for much needed pampering and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The service providers were very professional, yet friendly. The place was clean and beautiful inside. Very upscale, on Ocean Drive, but not "stuffy". I cant wait to go back!!

I got a manicure and it was quick and without much care or attention to detail. The shaping was off on a few nails and the polish had to be redone due to filing dust sticking to it. I have had better (and less expensive too) manicures in a mall. The ambience is nice.
