Made an appt with the owner. When I got there, there was one customer without an appt. I told her to go ahead, trying to be nice and thinking one little boy haircut cannot take too long. Well, the employee decided to eat his lunch and then walk out of the store, I imagine to get coffee. Then he started on the boy. While I continued to wait there was another employee outside, who didnt even offer to help us. I sat there from 2:48pm until 3:37, when I decided to leave with my children. Horrible service. Would rather pay more and get better service. I will never go back.
