Extremely friendly and experienced staff. Ive been going to Ralphs for over 3 years and love them! They are more of an "old time" barber shop, where you get exactly what you want with attention to detail, such as hot shaving cream and straight razor to clean up your neck and hair lines. All while having some of the most useless, but entertaining, conversations with the patrons and barbers and watching Johnny Carson re-runs or something equally entertaining. They have a very loyal customer base from what I can see, including PSL PD officers.
