I took my jacket to the dry cleaner on a Friday it was promised to me on a Saturday they charge me twice the amount $18.00 for a sport jacket when I pick it up on Saturday at 5:00 it had stains that older lady ask me to Bring it back so she could clean it with more time when I return to clean it she wanted to charge me again stating that she never said to bring it back I asked speak to the owner and this lady told me the owner was out of town for a month I would not recommend this place very poor service and no manager on duty to make decisions to make a customer happy I took my jacket to the dry cleaner across the street I would not recommend anybody to come to this place

OXXO does not want to be responsible for the damages caused to a jacket sent to the cleaners. Looks like it was steamed for a long period of time causing damage to the material. Also looks like the chemicals used for cleaning stained the jacket. When confronted if they will be responsible to pay for the damages, they refused stating they will only refund the cost of dry cleaning ($13.75). I will no longer be taking my dry cleaning to this facility. Beware!!!
