Im completely dumbfounded by how little the operators care about losing $800 worth of my work shirts. No apology. No attempt to make things right or resolve anything. What I got was a shrug and an "oh well" kind of attitude. Like another user posted, they lost 13 of my work shirts. Ive been coming to this place for about two years and this is the first time anything like this has happened. I wasnt ever rude. I wasnt ever impolite or aggressive. I cannot believe Im being treated like this after having developed what I thought was a good rapport with the staff. I asked what their policy is for lost clothes and the response is "Store Credit". So let me get this straight; you lose $800 of my property and want me to pay for your negligence then TRUST you wont make the same mistake again? Ive been amicable up until this point but let me tell you where they can stick that store credit...

DO NOT GO HERE. This is one of the worst dry cleaners I have ever experienced. I brought a WHITE dress and got it back GREY with black stains all over it. The manager, Sharon, told me it was my fault and all she could do was give me a $20 credit.. for my $80 dress. AND I still needed to pay for it. The customer service here is out of this world - rolling your eyes, ignoring you, speaking over you. I was there for 10 minutes, and THREE customers walked out just by seeing this service. I received the owners number, however he is on vacation and his phone is off. I will never go back here again and hope none of you do as well.

This place is terrible with customer service. I gave them 13 shirts and they lost 5 of them and telling me that I never gave them that many shirts. They say they dont have it because nobody brought them back to them if we have mistakingly given them to some other customer. The manager is terrible. There are other places to take our clothes and we need to do this to teach them a lesson in customer service.

Took my $200 outfit there after Memorial Weekend. The girl took my clothes its 3 weeks now and they are telling me they cant find my clothes. The manager will not take my calls. I go there every day asking whats gonna happen and Im not getting good any response.
