This is for the business located on 441 & Yamato Rd , Personal Touch Dry Cleaning & Laundry. It is owned by the same owners as the Deerfield Beach location. Very bad business model! They could have refunded me the cost of replacing my pants and I would have continued to use them. On approximately 12/15/2014 I went to pick up four pairs of work / dress slacks that I had dropped off for cleaning. I didnt pay attention and inspect the pants while picking them up because I havent had any issues with any dry cleaner switching my garments with someone elses or losing them. A few days later, when I was going to wear a grey pair of dress slacks to work, I realized they were a brand Ive never purchased and not mine. They were somewhat similar and I assumed they were mixed up with someone elses dry cleaning. I returned them and spoke with Jill, she asked for time to see if anyone would return my pants. After a month it was clear that nobody was returning my pants. Theyve done everything possible to delay any process of giving me an answer as to resolving the matter. They told me to come in and fill out a claim form. Once I got there, they said its better that they email it to me and I email it back when completed. Once I received the email, it said please bring the form back to the physical location. It also ask that it be notarized which is ridiculous and it became clear that they do everything they can to delay and not resolve issues. The owner said he would contact me within 4-5 days of receipt of the claim form. He never did and two weeks later I called to leave a message. He never called back and after another week I called and spoke to Jill, who said hes not going to do anything about it. This business has previous complaints of switching people garments during laundering and not refunding anything. Bad people.

I am a technology business executive drying cleaning at least $150/month of suits, slacks, and business shirts. After 1-1/2 years of actively going to this dry cleaner I show up one day and they claim they misplaced 5 fairly new business slacks. After three weeks of them claiming they have been searching all their stores for my slacks, their owner provides me with a "loss" form after admitting to losing the slacks. The owner promised to replace my slacks with equivalent slacks and assured it would be a couple of weeks once I provided him with complete details of what was lost. To make a long story short, I have been pursuing replacement of my slacks now almost 4 months now. I had to become firm on a couple of occasions to get my point across of honoring the replacement of my slacks. In every case, I had to follow-up with the owner as he would never return calls that he promised to do. Roll-forward to today, I am throwing in the towel as I dont think i will ever see my replacement slacks. In kind return, this dry cleaner has lost all of my business and I will be sure to inform all others to avoid this dry cleaner. It is not the people that work there but the owner who makes this place a dishonorable business to work with. Beware to all if you truly value your business attire

This place is the absolute worst business Ive ever been to. They have instructions on how to process my shirts that they never follow. When I point out the mistake they just stare at me blankly and barely acknowledge the mistake. They dont dont apologize or even offer to make it right the next time. They actually did a very poor job on one of my shirts and I asked them to repress it while I wait however the presses happened to be off that day. Do you think they would offer to take it off the bill? No. The customer service is horrible. Ive never been able to get a smile out of anyone that works there let alone the owners. They seem miserable with life.. At $7 per shirt its also the most expensive dry cleaners Ive ever been to. I will NEVER go back to this horrible place again,

I dropped off my wedding dress to another local cleaners. When I picked it up it had several stains that were not there prior to dropping it off. I was extremely upset. My friends told me to drop it off at Personal Touch Cleaners because they specialized in fine garments. It was the BEST experience I ever had with a cleaners. There staff and management was great. They removed all the stains and restored my dress back to its natural condition. I have been taking all of my drycleaning there ever since. They are awesome. I would highly recommend them to everyone.
